Very pleased. Donnie did an outstanding job from start to finish. I have purchased many cars and his knowledge and expertise was 1st rate. We noted small imperfections when we first looked at the vehicle. Donnie met and exceeded what we requested. He is going to the extent of sending another set of keys from the previous owner when they return in June to us. We did not ask for another set. He knew the other customer was doing this and volunteered to do this. He did not have to mention this to us. We traded our 2014 Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet in on a 2015 Lincoln MKX. The offer was well within line. He even went to the extent of having another vehicle shipped up North at his cost for us. When I am in need of another vehicle I will use this dealership again. I normally do not post any reviews, but I had such an exceptional experience recently with Donnie Smith at AutoQuestUSA that I felt compelled to share it. When searching online for a 2016 Mercedes SLK300, I found the exact car I wanted at AutoQuest USA, which also happened to have the very lowest price in the U.S. Being very conservative and somewhat skeptical, I arranged for a deposit to hold the car until my wife and I could drive to Fort Meyers to see it in person. It was exactly as described, in pristine condition with low miles, and the transaction and paperwork were handled better and more professionally than any major car dealer I have ever worked with. Donnie proved very honest and helpful throughout the transaction and the Five Stars were well earned.

I SUGGEST THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE USED CAR SALESMAN. Donny the salesman and and Ron Rosen, the owner at Autoquest USA both misrepresented the car condition and lied to me so that they could "close the deal" on a Lexus SC430 car that they had for sale. I must have asked them 4-5 times each if the car had been in any accidents and was repeatedly told no! I WAS LIED TO BY BOTH OF THESE CHARACTERS They even gave me a printed statement that says no accidents so that Id believe them. But what they gave me sure wasnt a Carfax which revealed later two reported accidents. And those reported accidents means that I overpaid for the car! The bottom line: If Id have known the truth about the accidents, I wouldnt have bought the car.

Bought a 2001 Sebring from Donnie at Autoquest and I think he went above and beyond to help me out. Being disabled and needing hand controls to drive Donnie let me take both my car and the new one home to have the controls switched out. Not every dealer would have let me leave the lot like that to switch them out. Now that I can drive the Sebring I love my new, to me, car and would advise anyone to check out Autoquest USA for a dream car of your choice. Thanks Donnie for a job well done.

The Cadillac CTS was exactly as described on web site, clean and spotless. Vehicle was ready for test drive as soon as we arrived. Staff was courteous and very helpful. After test drive and deciding to buy the car, all paperwork was completed in 45 minutes and we drove the car off the lot.
