I received the most amazing one on one car sales experiences! I did do my research on the type of service they offered and the reviews they received and I was not disappointed. Adhm made me feel comfortable enough to state what I wanted, what I may have been confused on and was very open and honest from the start. I actually didnt purchase a car the first day I went in, but was very impressed with the care I was shown. Adhm called to see how my other car investigations were going and even offered to sit down again and find the perfect car for me; even if I didnt buy a car that next day. I was amazed that the next morning he sat down pulled out a sheet a paper and mapped out everything we discussed and goals I had in mind. It was such a blessing that he picked out the perfect car, and once I sat in the drivers seat I loved it!!! You cannot go wrong with the awesome personal attention you receive via Enterpise Car sales. They honestly answer you questions, treat you respectfully and care about YOUR choice!! My partner and I were in the market for a new car and we needed it quickly. Our parked car was hit and declared a total loss. Our insurance allowed us a rental from Enterprise. We were shopping the car lots on Brookpark Rd. and remembered that Enterprise also had car sales. From the time we entered the lot, the customer service was on point. The whole staff was great! Especially Joseph, Kevin and Duane. They worked with us on our financing and helped put us in great car that is perfect for us and fits into our budget. These guys went above and beyond to make us happy! We are very grateful and highly recommend this great team! We will be telling all of our friends and family to shop here.

Had a great experience there. Totaled my car and was completely lost and nervous about the process Joseph Harris made it easy and pain less. He was patient and didnt push anything on me I didnt want. He was able to put me in car that exceed my wants and needs. The price was approximately where I wanted to be the warranty far exceeded the term I wanted which was even better. All and all this was a great experience! I love my new cars and all the guys up there were professional and very courteous. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road quick, easy, and right on my budget.

(Dont be put off by Enterprises location next to a somewhat questionable establishment. Makes it easy to tell friends how to find it.) We were not intending to buy when we stopped, only browse a bit. Jordans no-pressure approach kept us relaxed and in charge. Every bit of the experience was positive-- except I left a CD in my old car and its still MIA. But thats my fault. I highly recommend Enterprise for quality, affordable cars.

Do Not Buy from here at all we were promised to get into a Red 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LT but they said we were approved for 500 down no they wanted 4000 down they promise to get you in a car but they are full of it this place sucks at least we went to a dealer just now that got us into a car we wanted.

The staff was helpful and friendly and quite knowledgeable. The lot was small and the car selection was very little. My car came with 1 key, it took 4 weeks to receive another. Each car has a 109 point inspection, I wish it included washer fluid because mine was completely empty.
