My salesmans name was Chris. He did a fantastic job explaining every step of the way. The getting approved part was pretty painless.. I felt like I was going to walk into a train wreck and be let down. I am someone who is working on her credit and the process to get me where I needed to be was easy. I am in the car that I want to be in... in and out in a day.
