Please refer to Seraph posting.... Dear Ft Myers Beach Motors: Regarding your reply, you were contacted on numerous occasions. It was only after I gave your representative a 48-hour deadline to avoid a lawsuit for the tag did it appear. BEFORE this review was ever posted you were given the opportunity to extend some type of courtesy assistance with the expensive repairs on the car via the complaint forwarded to DMVS and you refused. Your representatives reply to DMVS stated the car was bought AS IS (apparently this included your inability to produce a tag/title within the permitted timeline). You did waive the additional $59 fee for the tag, which was never mentioned until the tag was ready for pick up. $59 for a tag as opposed to $2800 in repairs seems very generous. Even now, you have chosen to try to deflect blame instead of saying "Hey, lets see if we can make this better." The bottom line: you sold a car with problems, it took you longer than the permitted 30 days to provide tag/registration and you offer nothing but excuses.

For me it was a very bad experience and honesty regret buying from them. I only stopped by because they had good ratings sometimes I think dealerships pay to look good online. My car started acting up 2 days after purchasing it and no shop would work on it because the check engine light wasnt coming on so I was at a lost for almost 2 weeks. I lost days from work and 6 hundred dollars later it got fixed but that only lasted a few days and started shaking very bad so now its parked and giving payments, cant wait to get this over with and never look back. Hope no one else goes through this experience and best off luck.
