I purchased a 2000 GMC Yukon XL. When I called about the truck I was given one price then when I got to the dealership the salesman tried to raise it, after driving the truck and pointing out the flaws (we did a very detailed look through and having sold cars before I knew what to look for and the current values of used cars) I made the deal - a CASH deal - expecting that the price was complete and the paperwork would reflect that. I also expected the finance officer Joel to properly write the deal and have the proper price for the tags as the cash deal was to INCLUDE taxes, tags, dealer fees etc. After 3 weeks I had still not received my tags and checked the Florida DMV site and the title work had not been done - it was still registered to someone else with a lien on it. When I called and asked about my tags I was told that I owed $55.00 additional. Obviously the original deal that was signed saying tax tags and on the road meant nothing. Joel said that he did not know the exact price of the tag transfer (like vehicle to like vehicle) and title transfer. I spoke to a "manager" who said "I will overnight your tags when you get them mail me a check" the tags never came. When I questioned the cost of the tags and title it took 4 days to get a breakdown of the tag and title prices. These people are completely unprofessional and arrogant. I knew the truck I was purchasing so the issues with it I expected however I would not trust this dealership to fully disclose anything. After a cash deal the truck was on empty and when I got it home we had to tighten the oil filter that was on loosely - at least the oil was fresh and the filter was new. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!

BOUGHT A 2006 DURANGO FROM THEM IN 2008. ALL WAS GOOD, EXCEPT THE GAS MILEAGE DROPPED DRASTICALLY AFTER ABOUT 6 MONTHS. FELL ON HARD TIMES AFTER ABOUT 2 YEARS AND WENT TO AUTOMAX TO SELL THE TRUCK..... YOU GUESSED IT! SIR, DID YOU KNOW YOUR TRUCK HAS BEEN WRECKED? IT COULDNT HAVE BEEN, THEY SIGNED THE PAPERS SAYING THAT IT HAD NOT.... SIR, DID YOU GET GET THE CARFAX? THE GUY ASKED ME WITH A STRAIGHT FACE.... SERIOUS A H@LL. NOPE, THEY SCREWED ME! NOW I STILL OWE 11,000 DOLLARS FOR A WRECKED VEHICLE THAT THE PAINT HAS STARTED TO PEEL OFF OF....... NICE ONE, BUT ITS ON ME..... I MAKE SURE TO STOP BY EVERY TIME THEY HAVE A TENT SALE IN MY TOWN!

Bought a 2004 dodge 1500 from these people at their Crystal River tent sale July 7th.2010. Engine check light came on before I left the lot and they hid the fact the R/R window motor was burned out. When I asked them about it they told me it just needed to be reset and was nothing and they would do nothing about it. Later when I got it home I discovered the vehicle had been wrecked very bad on the left front and not completely repaired and wearing the tires out. It has a bad engine. If you buy a vehicle from these people do not give them any money until you take it to your mechanic and have it checked out as I should have.

I bought a 2008 Nissan Cube back in March 2011, great little car, priced just right...Everyone in the dealership in Bushnell were very professional and I was in and out in a few hours. I got financed through a fantastic company. All was great. They also bought my car back over a year later because I was moving out of the country. Thanks to the team I didnt have to carry debt with me overseas. Like with any used car sales you have to do your homework. I will definitely be using them again.

What your told and what the dealership does is two different things. They were very hard to find after the sale. I left messages and no one would return my calls and were rude when trying to resolve a problem. Would highly recommend that you go some place else to purchase your next used car. At the moment I have an attorney looking into the sale.

Very pushy, always playing off anything that might be wrong with the car as though it were no big deal. Got a loan that the bank changed and they said we had to sign for the new agreement which was $100 a month more. Argued with them for a while and they lowered the price but still had to increase the monthly payment. Ridiculous!
