My recent experience at Enterprise was great up until I had an issue with a scratch on the vehicle. When I came to Enterprise to purchase the vehicle the staff was very informative and attentive to helping me find the right vehicle that fit my needs. However after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a deep scratch on the back. I contacted Enterprise and one of the sales associates told to bring it in the following Monday and the person who handled painting would be able to fix it. To my dismay when I arrived on Monday, after taking time off work, I was greeted by the sales person who originally sold me the vehicle stating that the painter could not fix it due to the location of the scratch. She went on to explain that in order to fix it that entire piece would need to be replaced. I was offered cover-up paint which will probably not match but could try it. This scratch depreciates the value of the vehicle by about 3K. The price of the vehicle should have been adjusted due to the body work that I will need to do in order to fix it. I was very disappointed in the way the issue was not resolved and the lack of concern for me the customer.

The service was good. Discovered that the Hyundai Elantra was probably good around town comfortwise, but being a big guy, I felt beat up after driving a distance. Performance was a little underpowered for long hills and handling was less than I expected. Still, good for around town and short distance. Gas mileage was great. Initially started out a little over 30 mpg which was what I expected, but when I put in gas from Shell which I have consistently found to be better quality, it went up to a hair over 40 mpg. Nice! Also, check over your car for damage really well, probably using your video. They found a ding on the trunk that I didnt see when I picked up the car. Didnt think I could have put it there but maybe a squirrel in the tree dropped something. Good think I had picked up the optional insurance coverage because it was covered. Overall, Im satisfied, and being a bit of a nitpicker, that means something. Ill go back again the next time I need a car. I tried to post this comment to Yelp but they wanted to access my friends on Facebook before they posted, sooo, I came here. I dont appreciate the shakedown.

I was greatly disappointed in the way they did business. They called for two weeks while I had their rental car to come up and they would try and put me in a car after my bad accident. Told them I wasnt ready but promised too help. The salesman that I talked to originaly and explained my financial problems gave me off to another salesman who had no idea of our conversations. After he showed me two cars that may work for me I was never given the chance to test drive them after he said I couldnt afford them anyhow. I wasted gas and time. Tried to get a hold of the original salesman later and he never returned my car. I am still in a lot of pain from my accident and this day never helped with the trauma of losing my car. It really destroyed all hopes they created. In another day the rental car has to be returned and I am left to shop somewhere else.

On Memorial Day May 29, 2017 I went to Enterprise of Bedford, OH alone. As a woman I was very reluctant at first, because usually salespersons at known car dealerships treat women with that "how can I help you little lady" syndrome and where is your husband attitude, but salesperson Hieu Nguyen made me feel very comfortable. He was very professional, courteous and treated me with respect. I was able to test drive several cars before I made a final decision. With Enterprises "No Haggle" deals I found a car that fit my budget. Kamrron the financial agent was very professional, helpful and informative and help me thru the financial process of purchasing a car. I have just bought my seventh car from an Enterprise Car Sales dealership. I bought a 2015 red Hyundai Sonata SE. Enterprise gave me $2,137 for my 2004 Toyota Camry, (Kelley Blue Book-fair condition). For an excellent purchase price on a year-old Sonata with one paint ding and 40 K miles on it, I paid $12,373. out the door. My trade-in was an Enterprise 2003 Toyota Camry with 112,000 miles that ran beautifully for a decade and has needed minimal repairs. I was treated with warmth and courtesy by saleswoman Erion Green and her manager Stephanie Zilcko. I will likely buy another car there in ten years when I expect to be ready to let go of this lovely car.

We needed to rent a car for a drive to Columbus. My wife had an event for work. After things went bad with another company, she helped me reserve a car online with Enterprise. Ashley Warren at the Bedford office helped us get on the road, and Logan Barker at the Clintonville office kept me going when it seemed a problem arose. The instance was minor, and he restored my confidence and put is at ease, helping us know the car was still in good working condition. We made it back safely that evening, and Ashley welcomed us back on returning the car. My experience with Enterprise will be one to remember.

I am very pleased with the service. I purchased my vehicle on 2/4/16 and about 2 weeks later started hearing a sound on the passenger front wheel of the car. Enterprise had me bring it in, and looked at the vehicle. turns out it was the caliper that needed replacing. they not only fixed the issue, but also paid for my rental for 4 days while they fixed the problem (they had to order the part). I am very pleased with their awesome customer service and attention to my needs. Thanks again for everything Enterprise =)

I purchased a car at the end of 2010 and my experience was amazing! Amy was my salesperson and had no problem with me taking the first car back (only because I had not test driven it and liked how the other one rode) getting the one I test drove. She was all smiles, friendly, and very knowledgable. I am looking to buy a new vehicle now as the car I purchased was totaled in a hit/run. If youre looking for a car go to Enterprise FIRST!!!

The experience of car buying with Enterprise was totally different than the normal auto places. The sales personnel were patient with me and my wife. The things I pointed out were addressed and they even provided me with a free rental while the car was being serviced. They were somewhat fair with my trade in. I plan on getting another vehicle next year. I noticed others who were purchasing a car were quite delight.
