If you cant find what you’re looking for, Sheffners will build it for you! Specializing in top quality, unique, and custom jewelry, Sheffners makes me feel like I have a personal jeweler ready to work with me. I had walked into Sheffners browsing the display cases noticing many pieces I had never seen before. A beautiful sales representative approached me asking if there was anything in the display case I would like to take a closer look at. I told her there was a very particular and specific ring I was looking for. She then pointed me to another beautiful woman who listened to everything I wanted for this ring. As I was talking to her she had on a ring I had never seen before then. It was a three headed ring which wrapped under her fingers and displayed "sliced" diamonds at the top. When asked about the ring she was wearing, she told me she designed it. Thats when I had a feeling I was in the right place. She agreed to take on my custom project with excitement. Though my ring is only half way finished, the process has been fun, educational, and memorable! Due to Jacquie’s knowledge, skill, and goldsmith, I truly believe there is no ring out there like the one I am giving to my girl. Jacquie, Cindy, Julie, and Katelyn were attentive to my needs, always polite and never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want. Sheffner’s has beautiful jewelry, in a beautiful place, owned by beautiful people. Most importantly, quality was never sacrificed for affordability. Although we went a little over my budget, it was very well worth it! They set me up with a payment plan without having to worry about frivolous technicalities.

The minute I walked into and Sheffner s and met Jacquie, I knew my search for a jeweler and ring designer was over. My husband and I were looking for a special anniversary ring and had visited many different jewelers. None of them seemed to have what I was looking for; nor did anyone think it would be possible to create a ring incorporating all the details I was hoping for. I was at the point where I thought I would have to give up and settle on a different ring until I discovered Sheffners. I met Jacquie and told her my ideas and to my surprise she "got it" right away. She assured me they could design the ring I was searching for and then some. My husband and I were able to be part of every step of the design process and it was so much fun. Jacquie was able to translate the ideas in my head and the pictures I showed her into a sketch which was exactly what I had envisioned. She has wonderful taste and lent her "designers eye" when needed as we made decisions. They also worked with us to stay within our price point while giving us the best possbile product. The finished ring was and still is AMAZING!!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jacquie and all the staff at Sheffners. I HIGHLY recommend them and I know I wont be going any where else in the future.

Love them! This is a much overdue review on Sheffners! My family has been going to them for years, but until I recently got engaged and married I never really had a "jeweler" that I called my own. My husband went to Sheffners (without me knowing) when he knew he wanted to surprise me with a ring, and I am so glad he did! Jacquie and Cindy helped him to create an amazing, one of a kind, beautiful ring that I am constantly getting compliments on. When it came time to choosing our wedding bands, we had such great guidance from both Jacquie and Cindy, and they came out beautifully...just what we wanted! And I have to say that we got so much more value for our money, instead of going to a big name chain store. We loved the personalized service, and you really feel like you are family when you deal with this family-run business! Thank you again Jacquie, Cindy, and everyone at Sheffners for being "our jewelers"!

Amazing! Excellent quality, great people. My fiancé went to Sheffners when he knew that he wanted to propose. They were able to design a custom, one of a kind ring that is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Sheffners to anyone. If you are looking for a unique, quality engagement ring, this is the place to go. You will also not find better value or service in Chicago. Unlike many chain retailers, the staff at Sheffners were able to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for my fiancé. I look down at my ring every day and still can’t believe how beautiful it is. It’s simply stunning and Im constantly receiving compliments on it. Thank you Sheffners for designing a ring greater than anything I had ever dreamt of.

Sheffners Jewelry is a unique family owned store nestled in the heart of Beverly. The service is one of kind with an expertise that is hard to find anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their onsite gemologist and custom designer can assist in finding the perfect piece that is personal to you. I highly recommend that if you have not already, take a trip into Sheffners and see first hand all that they have to offer.

Sheffner Jewelers is fantastic. My fiancee and I got my engagement ring and wedding ring there. The staff is incredibly helpful and will make sure you get exactly what you want for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
