My fiance and I purchased her engagement ring at a Zales in Dallas and had a wonderful experience. We moved to Chicago and decided to purchase our wedding bands at Zales because she really liked the previous experience. This place has been a headache. The customer service is lousy and unresponsive. We ordered our rings 4 weeks ago and they still have not come in. When I asked if they actually had files on the order they said yes but they need my receipt to make sure it was ordered. They charged my card without a problem now they have no information for me then call back tomorrow each time. I feel like Im getting the run around. Try another Zales this one is horrible.

OMG all the bad reviews proved true - the only two staff at the location were both not only unhelpful but seemed to go out of their way to be rude. Sadly its true its the only one in the area.. How is there no Zales in downtown Chicago? I dont get it? Didnt help that google maps lost me cuz it placed the pin at the corner of Clybourne and Webster - a good 7 blocks away!

This Zales has given my wife and I nothing but headaches. Awful customer service and poor product repair. She has a lifetime guarantee on her wedding ring and twice now we have taken it there for repairs had to wait longer than expected and the problem wasnt fixed correctly. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere!

Horrible. They probably work of commision because they are way to pushy. Deliberately offend you if you choose to do something else or choose to decline something. If they know you have a zales credit card be prepared to waste your money. Think of walking into a used car lot for jewelry.

I just called and Maribel put me on hold for 10 minutes and then just hung up while I heard her ring up other people. All I wanted to know was how big the pendent that I purchased online was. I gave her the item number and she told me that she would just be a minute. You guys suck!

Really crappy a place you spend thousands wont take a link out of a watch bought elsewhere. Especially since they have no high end watches. Lost a customer.

If you love big blingy badazzilin things this is the place to go! Make sure you have enough money caz those diamonds can get pricey! Get a sugar daddy.
