I had some issues. A new employee pressured me into buying a ring that he scratched up between enhancers. "White Gold Doesnt Scratch," he said. What a joke. I am from out of town and just wanted to look and when I mentioned having things shipped to Omaha they claimed that it wasnt an option for "anything". Turns out the rings they told me were discontinued werent and were available locally in Omaha and online. Management helped me out of a bad situation, but I am still wary of ever shopping here again.

Been to several Kay Jewelers across 5 states and this one is by far the worst. Customer service is horribly slow and usually takes up to 15 minutes to even acknowledge you. Ended up going out of town to get the ring and service I needed in a timely manner. Only come here if you have more than an hour to burn.

Sales manager was incredibly rude. Tried to return something and she was almost angry about it. It was a gift and I didnt see any paperwork with it, but I felt like she was about to start yelling at me because I had the gall to ask about exchanges. Will not go here ever again if I can help it.
