We took my bridal set here to have it sized. Not only was it VERY pricey, $70 each ring, you can still see the line of where they had to cut the ring to insert more gold! Im not even comfortable with taking it back to them in fear of them screwing it up more! I guess I just have to tough it out until I can afford something else! And pray that it doesnt fall apart or I lose a diamond! The diamonds also look differently now! My center stone which was of G-H and I1-I2, seems to not be as sparkly any more! I really dont know what else to say other than very disappointed in their workmanship and will be having my ring appraised again! If its less than what it was originally appraised for, I will speak with a lawyer! Oh, they also took my ring box... AND couldnt offer a replacement. They are a freaking jeweler! How can you not have an extra box?

I have been going to Johnsons for years. I have always had great customer service. They have an excellent selection and the prices are good. I love jewelry and I stop in a lot of places, but I always seem to end up at Johnsons. Its nice to be able to walk into a store and feel comfortable. I would trust them with any of my jewelry! I expecially enjoy working with Tom who is the owner.

A great experience. Their shop is clean and well lit. I purchased a ring at another store and RL Johnson sized it for a low cost, they also fixed my boyfriends necklace that snapped ( also purchased elsewhere). I brought a watch in to get links removed and the salesman was quick and professional. He resized my watch and changed the date for me at no charge. They are great and very friendly.
