Wedding Day in Woodbury was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. My fiancé (obviously she didnt shoot me down, or I wouldnt be here posting!) and I picked our engagement ring in a laid back setting with Mary. No offense to any other salespeople in Woodbury, but make sure you get Mary. Shes a doll. Youll love her. Mary gave us the perfect amount of choices. Not just a few that would make us wish we had more or maybe look at a different store, but not so many that we were overloaded. She made sure we got everything we were looking for. Sure, picking out the ring is easy, but paying for it and financing was hard, right? Wrong. When I returned to purchase, it was painless. In and out with my future in my hands in a half hour. I was dreading the process of feeling broke, high-pressure sales, and needing everything to be perfect... or else... when in reality this was one of the most rewarding experiences Ive ever had with a big purchase, and I owe it all to her and the WD team. We even were signed up for their rewards program which gave us hundreds of dollars to put towards my ring. I didnt even know about that program which was a pleasant surprise. 5/5 in all aspects.

After looking for a jeweler over the last 2 years, I contacted the store manager, Mary at Wedding Day during the 2016 holiday season. I was apprehensive to go with a corporate jeweler, but after scouring Yelp and Google for a bad review and not finding one on this particular store, I figured there must be a reason for it. From the minute I told her I wanted to look at their inventory, I was treated like a nephew. Mary was kind, courteous, excited about my potential marriage and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt respected and was not pressured to go beyond my budget and with their lifetime warranty, was assured I would be taken care of if anything happened to my investment or if I wanted to make any changes within a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend the Woodbury Wedding Day Diamonds not only for their excellent service, but also the knowledgeable team Mary has assembled. I will be going back as long as I live in the Twin Cities metro.

They are the only jeweler in the area with Eco 4 diamonds, which was a requirement for me, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase. The service was incredible and they went out of their way to help me out and make my proposal absolutely perfect. I had planned a trip to Colorado to propose and had waited a bit long to actually get the ring, so I was on a bit of a tight deadline - less than two weeks until our trip. Normally it takes 4+ weeks to get the ring, but they made it happen in less than two. Everything seemed to work out perfectly and I am very grateful for everything they did for me. I will definitely be back for future jewellery purchases.

Wedding day has been very helpful. Even if you call too much or continue coming back for resizings or whatever the issue may be, they are always enthusiastic and helpful. They have offered to clean jewlery, answer questions and help out at every turn. Very nice place and great people!
