i was interested in purchasing a ring for my fiance and after AN HOUR of asking over and over again for details concerning the "Lifetime Warranty" they claim to have on the meteorite rings i still received NO information. I asked questions, about cleaning, replacement options, breakage of the ring etc.. you know normal wear and tear that every other reputable jeweler offers and over and over again i was referred to the policy page (which has nothing of the sort on there) and also was sent multiple screenshots of "Lifetime Meteorite Ring Protection which means that you get to wear your meteorite ring care-free" but still no proof of an actual lifetime warranty. After research i have learned that many titanium rings do break after a year(give or take) of normal wear and tear and when asking about how they would go about breakage of their pieces they responded with (summation) "we make really good titanium, it wont break." and then after asking to speak to someone else the next person tells me that yeah we can replace it but if you smash it with a hammer we will not and then later down the line she says no we can not replace damaged items but we can re etch them. To then with almost every answer they gave me i responded with "WHERE CAN I FIND THAT INFORMATION?" and still i was not given any information regarding said lifetime warranty or protection/ replacement plan. At one point during the conversation LeAnne told me i would have to file my ring with my own personal RENTAL INSURANCE if i want it to be fixed if it was damaged. It is VERY unprofessional for a company to sell PRECIOUS metal & gems as well as rare dinosaur bone & meteorite jewelry and not offer any sort of protection plan. I know most jewelers do NOT cover lost or stolen items and i wasnt expecting that, i was however expecting that if i make s $1,000 purchase for a rare and unique item that i would get it cleaned and fixed in the event something were to happen to it. Needless to say i am VERY disappointed and confused as to why anyone would pay an outrageous amount of money on anything if they were not protected. To those of you who have had a good experience with this company i am jealous of you. I hope no ones jewelry breaks because if it does your screwed.

I bought our wedding rings from Jewelry by Johans site, and I have no regrets! Quality: I love the simple yet elegant and appealing ring designs. They have a range of styles to choose from if you prefer a more traditional wedding ring, but we settled on a more modern look and are highly satisfied with the results. The rings appear sturdy and beautiful. I think its really cool that you can request a free set of ring sizers to make sure that the rings are made to fit. Size was one of my main concerns about buying online, but the rings fit perfectly! Price: For wedding rings, they were surprisingly affordable. I ended up paying about $380 for each ring. They have materials and styles to fit every budget. The lowest cost wedding rings are $60 and the highest cost are $14k. We chose titanium inlaid with crushed turquoise. Timeliness: Very quick response to my initial custom order inquiry and subsequent emails throughout the process. I made my initial inquiry on February 9th and received the finished rings via USPS March 9th, 28 days later. Customer Service: They were always very polite and professional. I never felt lost, and was always satisfied with the answers given when I asked questions. Site Usability: While the site is fairly easy to navigate, and there are a variety of lists of rings linked in the side bar if you already know what you want, the shear volume of options can be a bit overwhelming. The ordering process felt very easy and secure.

The customer service and product were absolutely amazing! We ordered a ring for my husband kind of last minute to our wedding. We were hoping we would get it in time. We were contacted quickly by them and were informed unfortunately it wouldnt be to us in time for the wedding; however, they had a temp ring they could provide prior to the wedding. It was very inexpensive and if we wanted we could return it and get our money back when we received the official ring, or keep it which we ended up doing. We also had another issue with the official ring not having the engraving i had requested. I realized later that i didnt add the engraving on appropriately; however, they still took it upon themselves and sent a shipping label to send back and get the engraving added on for no cost to us. The whole time they kept in contact with me and were very respectful and willing to help how they could. They went above and beyond for me, I felt like a priority, which is very uncommon especially when ordering online. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future! Thank you Johan!

I had heard about Jewelry by Johan and their dinosaur bone rings online and my fiance was immediately hooked into getting one as his wedding band for our nuptials in March. We decided after much back and forth and several emails with the helpful staff at Jewelry by Johan to purchase one of their sandblasted titanium rings with dinosaur bone and meteorite with an inner engraving all for a reasonable price. The ease of ordering and purchasing the ring with the refundable sizer made the whole process stress-free and eliminated any worries or concerns about ordering a ring online that we would have to return. The ring arrived on time and exactly as pictured, in additional we were able to choose the shade of dinosaur bone we wanted from the available options. My husband is so happy with his ring that we cannot thank you enough for all of your help. It is truly a unique and one of a kind ring that reflects our tastes and interests and made our big day extra special.

After researching online for months for a jeweler that made meteorite rings, I finally settled on Jewelry by Johan. I was a little hesitant to just order online since I live 1,500 miles away so I decided to fly up and visit in person. They gave me great information about all the different options I had for the meteorite ring I wanted and how to properly care for it. Everyone I spoke with online and in person were extremely helpful. I just received the ring and its better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend them! I read some reviews about people complaining that the meteorite metal can rust...meteorites contain iron, rust is iron oxide, its basic chemistry. They tell you this upfront and sell products that clean and protect the ring. Its the same thing for silver jewelry if you were to not properly care for it. Dont let these reviews scare you.

First off, my fiancé is an avid hunter and I knew an antler ring would make him stand out from all the guys he hunts with! When I showed him designs from jewelry by johan we had the toughest time narrowing down which design we liked best. With that being said, we scheduled a consultation where we designedly his one of a kind band, and they are also bezeling in the diamonds from his Moms wedding ring! There are so many great remarks I could make of this fabulous company, but these are just a few big points that really made this experience memorable ❤️ I just put in my order for his band (after dozens of back and forth emails -Thank You for being patient with this picky customer lol-) Amd Im absolutely ecstatic to receive this beautiful work of art hell wear for the rest of his life! ❤️ Im on cloud 9 waiting for this beauty!
