Wedding Day Diamonds is by far and away the best place to buy an engagement ring! I searched around at many stores before landing there and I only wish I would have gone sooner! I worked directly with Mike Gores who was incredibly knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. He talked me through all the important details of engagement rings and diamonds in a relaxed setting (not like most chain mall stores) and I felt at ease the entire time. They dont feed you all the bogus salesmen nonsense that other stores do and as a customer (and human being), thats all you can ask for. It doesnt hurt that they have the most unique and sparkly diamonds of anyone in the game (seriously, the Atia 81 is no joke). They dont play the typical "mark up to mark down" nonsense either, the prices are listed at a great value which saves you the hassle of negotiating and possibly paying too much. No matter which location you chose, the staff is super friendly and genuine, as I met many of them during my visits. You owe it to yourself to check out Wedding Day Diamonds for your engagement ring (they are the experts after all). Oh, I almost forgot - they have thee best warranty, period. You wont find one any better. Even though youll probably never has to use it because the quality is top notch, its comforting to know that (almost) everything is covered just in case. Ive already recommended Wedding Day to a few of my other buddies who have had similar experiences! My fiance shares the same excitement about WDD - although she wasnt involved in the process, I know she does because she cant stop staring at the ring!! *Although it may sound like it, I am in no way affiliated or employed by Wedding Day (Although its not a bad idea....) My wife and I came into this store about 8 months ago to look at engagement rings. We were met with a warm smile and fantastic customer service by Kim Pike. I have been to many different jewelry stores in the past and actually bought a ring from another store. After having the ring for a couple months we had a diamond fall out and they did not want to fix the problem and wanted nothing to do with the ring. We finally got the ring returned and went to Wedding day before we even got our refund. Wedding day has a fantastic warranty for life and are never scared to look it over to make sure everything is tight and clean while you are in the area. We only went to look and Kims great attitude and helpfulness with my wife wanting to look and try on EVERY ring that was in our budget(which she respected the whole time). We did find a lot of great rings and was hard to narrow it down, but ended up buying a ring that we felt was perfect after maybe 2-3 hours of taking up her time, and never once felt rushed or forced to purchase anything. If you need a ring, necklace, earrings, or anything for anyone special you need to check out Wedding Day Diamonds by the Maplewood mall and ask for Kim. Everything in this store is made custom for the purchasing party and not just given a ring that is made in a mass production factory with a diamond that you may not want in it. After picking the ring that we wanted we took some time in purchasing a fantastic diamond that was very reasonably priced out of a list of possible pieces that could fit that ring. My Fiancé and I went to several different jewelry stores looking for engagement rings. Every place we had went to their "customer service" wasnt true customer service. They all saw a number and didnt listen to us and what we were looking for. I convinced my fiancé to look at Wedding Day. I promised him it would be the last place. We walked in and we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We have been hooked since. They know the true meaning of customer service and listened to what we wanted. We were in there over a year ago and we are about to get married in two days. I have been back there a number of times to purchase his ring and some additional jewelry for myself. The entire staff there remembered us every time we walked through those doors. Lacey was the one who helped us from day one, and anytime I had a question or concern she was always quick to respond back to me. If she wasnt available the other staff jumped right in and asked how they could help. They truly are amazing and great to work with. I couldnt be happier with my ring and my fiancé didnt want to wait for the wedding to wear his.

The staff at Wedding Day Diamonds in Maplewood are fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable and patient. I must have tried on half of the rings in that store and everyone always had a smile on their face. They did a really good job of explaining everything about what makes a diamond really sparkle and what the different color grades mean in a way that someone who just "wanted something big and sparkly". They are a fantastic group and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry. They are also very good at working with whatever budget you have. My husband and I were on a tight budget and they were able to find several lovely options for us to look at. They also have a couple of lines of more affordable fashion jewelry now. I love to go in to look at what theyve gotten in recently and try a few things on. Its not just for your wedding set anymore! Which is very exciting for someone who really loves jewelry, but cannot always afford diamonds and gold. If youre on the fence, go in and check them out. You will not regret it!

So disappointed with the service. I have had my wedding ring for 19 yrs now. Purchased it from Marquis Jeweler in Maplewood Mall and they were bought out by Wedding Day. In April, I had a diamond fall out after I banged it on a shopping cart. Because of the Wedding Day connection, I brought it there to have the diamond reset (I found the diamond when it fell out) and had the whole ring retipped so this wouldnt happen again. Hefty price of $215...which I thought was a bit on the high side! All was fine until 5 months later, the same diamond fell out again. I hit it on the wall - no very hard - and the same diamond fell out again. So disappointed, I called to find out how long they warranty their work and was told it was only 30 days. The girl (Nikki) said there was nothing she could do and was sorry. I could understand them not guaranteeing their work if I hadnt had it retipped but I had it retipped so this wouldnt happen again. What a disappointment. Wont ever shop there again and will share this experience with everyone in the market for jewelry.
