It hard to give this repair shop even a 1. A 1 is an exaggeration. My 1st visit was for batteries for a watch. Expensive compared to Batteries Plus but the owner stated that batteries Plus are not jeweler (duh) and could cause damage they would not be responsible for. My second stop on 2/2 to Fast Jewelry for a new crystal on one of my watches. $49.27 later I wore this watch on my trip to CA and it kept stopping. When I pulled the stem out to adjust the time it came right out. The owner is rude, arrogant and accepts no responsibility for the repair but will gladly take another $60+ to fix it for me. MY RECOMMENDATION - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DONT GO HERE. I got ripped off. I went in for my Hamilton watch battery replacement and the Chinese lady told me its $44 because its a Hamilton. Although expensive, I thought it was a reasonable price because of what she said. I later found out that The Fixery would replace the battery for $9.56. I later complained about this before I paid but the owner only said sorry so I paid $48.15 including tax. This place is a total rip off. I dont know why people are only posting positive reviews on google map. Go check YELP for accurate review of this place.

A superb small business! I needed a prong in my ring repaired, and it was all handled within 30 mins.--even during the holiday season at the mall! The couple who own the business are friendly, helpful, and super-efficient. He had the laser onsite to repair the tiny prong with precision soldering. The price was extremely reasonable. The timing outstanding. Will be coming back for all my repairs.

I dropped off a diamond engagement ring that had tiny diamonds missing and it needed to be resized. I dropped it off at 3pm and it was finished at 5pm. I called around to other places and everyone quoted me a week or more. I was shocked at what a beautiful job they had done. It was like a brand new ring. I highly recommend this place. A+++ Rating. Reasonably priced and awesome work!

I needed a very detailed ring worked on, i know it was a very difficult fix. Fast Jewelry repair did a fantastic job at a third of the price quoted to me at other jewelers! I had also been quoted 10 days for it to be fixed, they did it in 30 minutes! Polite, knowledgeable, great price, and skilled. This is the only place i am going to take my jewelry from now on! I had in a watch with had a broken band, and this man fixed it in five minutes. Not only that, he demonstrated that the pins that had broken were too weak and the one that didnt break was already bent so he replaced them both with a thicker better one than the factory ones. While I waited. You cant beat that for 15 bucks. I paid him 20!

i just picked up my watch from the watch maker at fast jewelry repair. it took a while just to find the parts necessary to fix a mid to late seventies seiko automatic but he did an excellent job with reasonable rate. thanks guys at fast jewelry repair
