Incredible experience. Worked with their team over a 6 month process to craft the absolute perfect, most stunning engagement ring for my now fiance! I worked with their team from start to finish and they couldnt have been more helpful and amiable throughout the process. On top of their superb customer service, I was able to purchase an absolute STUNNING ring at a price not comparable to other jewelers. I would recommend AV Diamonds and Gold 10/10 to anyone I speak with - they definitely have your best interest in mind and Im not just saying that. Good people providing great service/product.

I had originally gone to a much larger jewelry store, I was very unimpressed with them and what they offered. The moment I walked into Apple Valley Diamond I felt like family. They walked us through the store and talked to us about what we wanted. We eventually came to the conclusion that we wanted to do custom rings. They helped us every step of the way and made it a really fun process. I will always go back to them and will always point people in their direction. Love this place. You wont get better service or prices anywhere. Bought my fiances engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here and took them to get appraised at a couple of the retail stores - ASTONISHED at how much they were valued at elsewhere. Will never buy diamonds or jewelry anywhere else. Also - will clean diamonds and rings purchased there for FREE and usually only a 2-day turnaround.

Fantastic pricing and service. LOCALLY OWNED and operated by a husband and wife, so none of the big chain jewelry store sales pressure. They do beautiful custom work. Had a bracelet made and now will be taking in some heirloom pieces to have remade into something more modern and attractive.
