I have had my ring for about two years and absolutely love it. I have had no problems at all, until recently (unrelated to the ring). I brought it in for my biannual inspection around Mon 1/4. They found a loose prong and said theyd send it in. It was covered under warranty. The woman told me it would ready for pick up 1/18 and that they would call me. After not hearing from them, I went in 1/19 and the woman apologized and said it would be delivered tomorrow and that they would call me. My husband called 1/23 asking about it and they said they would call us right away Monday morning 1/25. Again, after never receiving a call, he called Monday evening. The store manager told him they would call him and it should be delivered 1/27 OR 1/29. Im furious because I still have yet to see my ring after a month, Im not being communicated with, and when I do reach them they keep pushing the date back. It seems they have no clue whats going on. I love my ring, but unfortunately the customer service is horrible.

My experience with Zales has not been a great one! My husband and I went to Zales because I thought they had beautiful rings at reasonable prices!! Their only concern is selling you their jewelry! They give out wrong information! They tell lie after lie! My ring went in to be sized only!! She told me that for regular sizing that it would take up to 2-3 weeks but if I do a rush on it that it would only take a week! I asked her specifically when my ring would be back she told me that it would be back Friday between 2-5. Its Monday may 14th and I still have not received my ring! They told my husband and I that their system crashed but when my husband called jereds where all their sizing is done he said not to their knowledge that there was ever a system crash. I dont know who is lying! I recommend you look for a different place to buy jewelry!! I shouldnt have to keep calling or going up there! Not to mention 6 of Zales customers have went to Roger holland jewelry instead! Zales is horrible

The experience here was horrible to say the least. Just stay away from this store at Burnsville centre if you are thinking of purchasing something. The lady there gave us a wrong certificate for a jewellery which we returned the next day and asked for the right certificate. She said to give a call within the next few days. The return policy is of two months and till today the call from her has never come. We have been following her and the customer desk but they have been hopeless. Nobody is helping us. After relentless calling, the lady says she had sent the certificate to us a while ago but it has never arrived till date. Today is the last day to return the purchase and since it was a gift, we dont want to return it. We are in a fix. It has been the worst shopping experience of our life.

I have had mixed experiences with this store. I was quite upset several weeks ago when I had visited the store to purchase a ring. The store was fairly busy and every staff member was occupied; however, there was no clear area to wait for service. No one greeted me, or any of the other customers that were just sort of standing around, not sure where to go or how to get service. After about 15 minutes of waiting with several other customers who looked fairly annoyed, I just walked out, and I know several others did as well. Since then, I returned during a less busy time, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I guess the moral is - go during the off-hours.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that my wedding ring and band have gone back to the jeweler FOUR times now. the first time, I needed my ring resized and the center diamond adjusted, then it comes back from having this work done and has THREE diamonds missing.. so we sent it back to fix that, (which is absurd to me. then it comes back too small. now finally sent it in again to have the correct size, and they cant even call me to tell me that my ring is in the store! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ZALES AGAIN. HORRIBLE, Im taking my ring to another jeweler just to make sure that all my diamonds are still real.

I was greated promptly and warmly. I brought in a tennis bracelet to be lengthened and they did a beautiful job (for half the price quoted by other jewlers). I experienced very high customer service. I will always go back to this store!

Customer service is really bad, the manager appears that she is overworked and barely has time for you. Only reason we went there great cost on the ring and beautiful. Other than that not good
