I came in to take a loan on a guitar and amp. They did not have interest in the amp which is fine so they loaned me 50 dollars on my guitar. I accidentally left the amp there, it was only a 20 dollar Baja amp but it shows their character because when I came back 3 days later to retrieve my guitar it was gone because I had mistakenly left it there and was given the runaround for three days after leaving including when I picked up the guitar. it does not end there...My ESP LTD is missing parts, someone took the liberty of taking some of the pieces inside the coax cable connection...these people are idiots ran by idiots and I knew better but never again. Other people I have talked to know have had lab diamonds instead of the real ones they sell, stay away they are scam artists and morons with no education.

If zero stars were an option then that is what this place would have received. Military customers beware!!!! This place is not military friendly!!!! We provided management with military orders, cocealed weapons permit, hunting licence, and various other documents to prove residency, however they still would not sell to us. Management asked for documents and when provided found reasons why they would not work. We have never had a problem with firearm purchases until now. Do not waste your time!!! We went across the street and found a nice firearm for a great price and purchased it with the same information they said was not valid. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Just fair warning, they give u no reminder calls even when u request one if u have put somethg in pawn but then when u ask them after they sold ur precious item, they tell u ur one of a thousand customers they service so thats why there are no reminders and then if u try to locate the item u pawned to repurchase it back, the supervisors wait weeks to follow up with you after your numerous calls just to tell you they sold your item... U will just be a number and how much money they can get from you unfortunately! I was customer over 5 years and they couldnt care less! My lesson learned, never pawn again and especially not with them!! This was the pawn on Campbell street.

The guns are nice if looking for firearm but if looking for loan not place to go brought in 14k 1karat diamond earring this guy offered me 8$ lol they are scandless the electronics are buy as is so no refund owner kool he gave me wk to see if the game system worked had issues but got a good deal even at that place . If u looking for gold n diamonds u are headed to wrong place or to pawn or sell a item dont expect 1/4th what u paid . But they do have to hold and resale no hard feelings but the gold alone was worth 60 used 1g of 14k and 1kt bought brand new 150 plus tax

What a professional bunch. They dont down any other shops. Willing to spend a generous amount of time with you even if youre not buying that day. Back and forth on an item? I went back and forth for an hour after being there for 2 hours...Bryan was still hanging in there! The sales they have are extraordinary, the jewelry is decent, and I am VERY happy with my diamond. What I paid is signifigantly less than what GIA value is. I will most definitely be going back. I am NOT an employee by the way. Just a VERY satisfied customer. Thanks guys!

I tried walk in at 5:55 and deny me so I couldnt buy 2 ps4s for Christmas. I dont know they closing down at 6pm during the holidays so they lost 400 too 500 dollars because their workers wanted out so bad by 6 lol wow 6pm. So my wife and I went to Walmart and ended buying TWO new ps4 systems for 50 dollars more plus warranty and spent over 100 dollars in games. Wow they lost a nice sale and also a repeat customer. Goodbye

I participated in the gun layaway program. It started as a very positive experience. The gun was then accidentally shipped to wrong dealer. This was frustrating, but the manager did step up and make it right. I had asked for my shipping fee to be refunded and the manager did that plus to make it right. Problems can happen and I do recognize businesses that make things right. Thank you.

I had a great experience buying a ring at Loftis. The salesman, Bruce, was helpful and patient. I saved lots of cash on a quality ring. I was a little apprehensive buying jewelry from a pawn shop, but after talking with the salesman and doing some research I realized I was getting a quality piece of jewelry at an amazing price. I would shop here over any other jewelry store in town any day.

Its always a challenge to get one of their staff to help you look at an item you want to purchase. Im my opinion a lot of their electronics are over priced, especially for the condition the stuff is in. At the same time there are some good deals Ive come across time to time. Its worth taking a look but shop carefully and price check before you buy.

Dont believe the low ratings. I personally know all of the long time employees at Loftis and have done a lot of business with them over the years (including a custom wedding ring set made by their expert in-house jeweler) and I have had nothing but excellent service. I highly recommend them for all of your gun and jewelry needs.

I wanted to stop in here to shop guns, but I had to use the restroom and they dont have a "public" one, so I had to leave. I need to pee worse than I need to spend money(I do a lot of both, but only one is a necessity). Im just not sure they need my business if selling me a gun is not worth letting me use their toilet.

I had a horrible time here. The customer service was awful and a certain clerk were talking down to me. He called me "just a number" as well... Needless to say, this is the last time I even come close to doing business with Loftis again. Ill take my money and firearms elsewhere, someplace where Im not a number.

Place has a great selection of firearms but customer service was horrible waited almost 20mins to look at something the young man that helped me was named Stephen horrible attitude like he was better then everyone after I walked away he was talking with his manager and overheard them talking crap about me

I absolutely love buying things here. I have bought several guitars and several guns. The people who work there are always knowledgeable and friendly. Their layaway policy is awesome. 10% down and 10% a month payment with 0 interest. It is awesome. I definitely recommend this place!

Their layaway policy is pretty awesome. Make sure you stick to your due dates though. They give you a print out with every date and amount. Their employees are pretty awesome, helpful, and not pushy. All are cool except the real fat guy. He has the personality of a door knob.

Awesome layaway policy, residing in Waco,Tx. Purchased a brand new Sig M400 enhanced & had it shipped to my local FFL. Ben is very helpful throughout the process. Check em out if you are looking for high end firearm. I honestly have no knowledge of anything else they sell.
