ya this place is great---if youre WHITE!! the lady at this "fine" establishment is very racist (funny because shes a minority herself). i was there 2 times and both times it was a very rude harsh treatment. the second time i was there i was with 2 other couples in the store who were white and the treatment i received versus theirs was as different as night and day! i came in to get a watch battery replaced and she barely acknowledged me as well as rush with me, the others were just browsing not even buying anything but with them she greeted them well, had normal social greetings. when i went back to pick up my watch and asked if there was a warranty which she had mentioned when the white couples were there, this time she said they dont really give a warranty of any sort and her son or whoever her assistant was smugly smirked the whole time. i told her she told me there was a warranty of at least 6months when i dropped off the watch otherwise i wouldve gone elsewhere,she argued with me,finally understanding my point she just walked away! while mumbling something in her language.overall i would say save your money and take your business elsewhere, as i plan to do in the future!! not worth it! and their jewellery selection is subpar

Amazing experience! Very friendly, kind & helpful. I brought in my gold necklace to have the clasp repaired and within 20 minutes the job was completed with quality of work that surpassed my very high expectations. Then there was the cost.... REMARKABLY FAIR!!!!! I was very satisfied with the fair cost of service and materials while being provided with flexible payment options accepting all major credit cards. With a nice atmosphere and relaxing music, the 20 minute wait felt like only 10 minutes; the clerk was even able to satisfy the needs of other customers who entered the store, all clearly satisfied and based on their conversations they were repeat customers as a result of phenomenal service.
