Do NOT trust these creepy theives with anything of value!!! I made the mistake of taking a heavy gold chain in to be repaired and didnt weigh it beforehand. Upon picking my item it was obvious that it wasnt my necklace. I made the remark that the chain looked very shiny, too shiny and the 2 men joked that it was "all cleaned up and brand new." Yeah, it was brand new alright. They soldered a cheaper, lighter weight chain to the clasp that needed repair. My suspicions were correct. I got it home I put the pendant I always wore back in it and the bail slipped easily on the chain, when before it barely moved because it was so thick. The chain they sent me home with was THINNER than the one I brought in. Theives! How does one prove that get are being ripped off this way? I kick myself for not weighing my jewelry beforehand (Im sure The Jewelers would have on a rigged scale) and will never make this mistake again. I had a bad feeling about these people and should have listened to my gut. They also sell old watch batteries that dont last (Go to the mall kiosk for this) and charge $70 for simple soldering repairs. Scumbags.

Amazing experience! Buying an engagement ring is supposed to feel special. I never got that feeling at the bigger jewelry stores. This smaller shop felt a lot more personable. David was extremely knowledgeable and laid back and fun to talk to as were the other two employees! I never felt pressured into anything. Which is another thing big jewelry stores tend to do. My diamond is beautiful, the band is gorgeous! I love my ring and I loved the experience. Check out the Jewelers, you wont be disappointed!

I chose The Jewelers a day before my wedding to replace a lost wedding band. I knew I had to go local to receive the kind of service that was offered by the guys at The Jewelers! He had a new band sized in about an hour, and at a very reasonable price. Weve since been back in to check out a different style, and hes letting us swap out with no additional charge. I highly recommend these guys over the big box jewelers, Ill be returning with my future business.

Very helpful. They went above and beyond repairing two of my favorite watches. In addition to replacing the batteries they cleaned one watch and replaced a missing gasket on another. Pricing for the work performed was also fair and reasonable. Will definitely support this small business.

Needed some rings repaired and resized. We went to a few other jewelers to get prices, then came to The Jewelers. We were greeted by some very friendly folks. They did excellent work at almost half the price of the others. We are very satisfied.
