Awesome experience! Ive walked by Gittelsons every day for the past two years and had never stopped in. When my girlfriend (now fiancé) and I started to ring shop we went to all the local shops; J.B. Hudson, Continental, Eloquent, and even all the mall shops like Kay and Jared for reference. J.B. Hudson and Continental were the only two with decent selection. J.B. had terrible service. We went to J.B. on a Saturday after the gopher game and I think my sweats gave off the impression that I wasnt their ideal client. My fiancé had a very specific idea of ring that she wanted. She wanted a radiant cut diamond and nobody had them in stock. To see one the jewelry stores had to order them in and schedule a time a week out to take a look. One day I decided to stop in and take a look at Gittelson Jewelers. I spoke with Mike Gittelson who greeted me and right away started asking me questions about what was important to me in buying a ring. They had radiant cut diamonds in stock as well as a great selection of gorgeous settings. He was never "salesy" or pushy. I told him that Id come back in once I talk to my girlfriend and try to find a time she could come as well. In the interim she found a ring at Continental that she loved. Price tag was pretty steep and with a cash offer they would only take $500 off. But, it was a nice ring so I put money down on it. I took pictures of the ring so that I could show Mike Gittelson and see what he thought. I walked in and he remembered my name, my girlfriends name, the diamond we liked, everything. I met Molly and Gene and they showed me a gorgeous ring that was very comparable. I gave them the specs of the ring at Contiental and they not only matched the specs but exceeded them. Heres the kicker though, the price was HALF as much. I couldnt believe it. Instantly I put money down. Again, they were not pushy they told me theyd hold the diamond with nothing down. I had a firm deadline of purchase though as I was paying cash with a bonus being paid 5 weeks out. I was going to Miami for NYE with my girlfriend and her family and Mike, Molly, Gene and I were talking about how nice it would be to ask her on the beach. They didnt rush me with my deadline but offered me the ring in the case at no charge to propose to her. I was blown away. So, we got engaged. I put 10% down on the ring and they had it made. I went in the other day and they by far blew me away with the quality of the work. Their price was very generous as the appraisal came back almost three times as much as what I paid. I couldnt believe it. Its GIA certified and everything is legit. I strongly recommend any guy shopping for rings go talk to Mike, Gene and Molly for purchasing their engagement ring. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

WOW, absolutely WOW. From the second I stepped foot into the store, Gene and Molly made me feel right at home, and this is something that is lost in todays fast paced world. Initially I was taken back by how gorgeous everything looked in their storefront, then I find out that all of their pieces are custom made and gave them my first WOW. I was looking for a special gift for my anniversary, and had no idea what I was looking for. Gene and Molly were able to give me multiple options, all were exquisite. The level of friendliness and professionalism is beyond anything I have encountered in a long time. After looking at multiple pieces, I decided to head over to Macys to look at their selection as well. I decided on purchasing a necklace at Macys that I thought would be sufficient....little did I know As I walked by Gittelsons on the way back to my office, I decided to stop in one more time to look at a diamond necklace that had caught my eye. This is where the Gene and Molly truly stood out. They werent trying to push me into their jewelry, they were just happy I found something that I liked. After 10-15 minutes of friendly conversation (nothing to do with Jewelry), I took one last look at the necklace that had caught my eye from the beginning. Gene then took it out of the case, and set it next to the necklace I had purchased already for a comparison. This is when I realized the true quality and beauty of every piece in their shop. Gene and Molly emphasized that they just wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, and that my significant other would be happy as well...second WOW The stark difference between Glittelsons jewelry and all others is incredible, they truly have some of the most beautiful and unique pieces in the state. Furthermore, their customer service is even better than their product!!!! Needless to say, I returned the necklace to Macys, purchased a necklace from Gene, and I am now a loyal customer, and will never buy jewelry anywhere else. I will also make sure that everyone I know at least stops in to visit Gene and Molly, not only are they incredibly friendly, but their knowledge is second to none. There are three key elements to a successful business; People, Product, and Process. I can assure you Glittelson Jewelers has the best people in the industry, the best product in the industry, and the best sales process. The final WOW from this experience came from when I gave the diamond necklace as a gift on my anniversary, the first words out of her mouth were "Wow, this is so beautiful, I have never seen anything like this before!" .....and she hasnt taken it off since. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I am looking forward to doing business with you for the next thirty years!! -Pierre

I cannot say enough about these guys. After literally hundreds of emails, my fiance and I got perfect engagement and wedding rings. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I needed to buy anymore jewelry. To read details on my experience continue below: About 9 months prior to my estimated proposal, I walked into their jewelry store and told them what I had in mind, described my fiances personality and gave them a budget. They showed me a few rings and let my imagination go while still being respectful and encouraging. By the end of my first visit we came to the conclusion that I would try to design my own ring. They were excited to help me out with what I was trying to accomplish. We exchanged hundreds of emails, a bunch of drawings and countless suggestions in the hope that we could make the perfect engagement ring. Personally, through this process, I realized a complicated looking ring was not what my fiance wanted. As soon as I told the Gittelson team they did nothing but shift their focus to find me something in the store; no harsh words or frustration with the fact that months were spent communicating with their CAD designer for it just to go to waste. When I came back in they showed me the very first ring I saw at the very first visit. THEY KNEW THE RIGHT ONE ALL ALONG! At that point it was just picking out the right diamond which they allowed me to hand pick based on my preferences. They had a great selection and even shopped at a particular supplier for me, specifically! As soon as the engagement ring was ready, I went to pick it up and they surprised me with an unbelievable price. At that point I knew I was coming back for our wedding rings. When my fiance and I walked in to pick them out they did everything they could to show us as many options as possible. Again, when we picked the right ones out they gave us a great deal on them. My fiances was customized and mine was engraved on the insides shank. Absolutely stunning! Additionally, every time I have gone in to visit them they also cover parking in the ramp. Not the biggest deal but an extremely nice gesture. My fiance and I also get our rings cleaned for free each time we have gone in. They resize our rings for a reasonable price and will continue to be my go-to jeweler. I will suggest them to anyone who asks!
