These folks go above and beyond to make each customer feel welcome and wanted. I got my ring re sized there back in January, and it was a little too big. I sat on it for a while hoping that my hands were just cold, and if I went any smaller, I wouldnt be able to get my ring on. After some thought, I called the store asking for advice. When I went in, the jeweler came out to see my ring. After going back and forth for 10 minutes trying to decide if I wanted to make my ring smaller, the jeweler said that he knows Im going to lose sleep over the decision, so he would re size my ring right then and there on the spot! I was so relieved. The ladies and gentleman there are awesome! If youre looking for quality service and a quality product, go to Innsbruck!

If youre looking to avoid crowds at the mall, this is the place to go! My husband and I first came in to look at engagement rings together in December and had amazing service. I picked out a beautiful white and rose gold, vintage-style ring that I get compliments on all the time. We had it re-sized the same day (within an hour!). The owner and sales staff are very helpful and arent pushy at all! Weve since gone back for his wedding band and had the exact same pleasant experience. Before our wedding, I had my ring cleaned for free while I waited (it was done within minutes of walking in). The service is great and everyone is friendly! Highly recommend...well be back!

Steve is simply AMAZING. My family has bought from some of the biggest names in the jewelry business and I have to say that Innsbruck far outshines them all. His pricing is very fair and best of all, he really takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. He never tries to oversell and his jewelry repair is second to none. I am just so impressed with this store and the staff. It is my "go-to" place for gifts at any price range. Definitely will go back for many years to come!

After looking at the "Big" name, "Big Box" jewelry stores we checked out Innsbruck. What a find! The service was top notch, no pressure or pushy sales people. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect wedding rings. We are so happy that we went in. Innsbruck is the only jewelry store I will go to from now on.

We took my wifes engagement ring in to be repaired. They fixed it on time at a reasonable price. When we picked it up thet were very helpful and offered to clean/polish her other rings. They also repaired her grandfathers class ring while we were there without charging us. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Innsbruck and absolutely love them both!! We looked at many different jewelery stores and didnt find anything nearly as beautiful as Innsbruck has. Steve and his coworkers were so helpful and friendly we wouldnt go anywhere else.
