Poor customer service. Me and my fiance went into R&H last night to purchase a wedding band. There were two staff members and four customers in the shop (2 being helped and two waiting to be seen) we looked around and then stood waiting for assistance. We were never acknowledged, never greeted, and never helped. A "Hi, Ill be with you guys shortly" would have been fine. But since we were never spoken to after several minutes, we left. Went to Helzberg, where we were happily welcomed into their equally busy store. We made our purchases in less than ten minutes. Not acknowledging our existence lost Rogers and Holland a sale and returning customer.

Extremely frustrating experience. I ordered and prepaid for a necklace for Christmas for my wife which was guaranteed to be there by Christmas. They lost the order, never called me and then when I went to pick it up they werent very helpful but said I could have it for Valentines day. Again, they never called, and when I went back to try to get it they were not helpful and rude and still had never processed the order. So much for guaranteed for Christmas. Then I asked for the district managers phone number and the manager gave me a phone number which was disconnected! Unbelievably terrible service and no present for my wife!

We bought our original ring set 10 years ago at a store that closed. Ring was pretty beat up but they were awesome and honored a 10 years old policy for appreciation. Julie was really helpful and so was the manager. Found an awesome ring in our budget and got us out the door.

Services that should be available in house are not. 6-8 week turnaround to get a watch battery replaced is unacceptable. I could accept a week, at most, but that is ridiculous. I bought the watch there, they should be able to replace the battery on site.
