My fiance purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Kay Jewelers in Maplewood, MN and it is absolutely stunning. I could not have asked for a better, more unique piece of jewelry. He was so impressed by the service he received from Melissa, that I also went to Kay Jewelers to purchase his wedding band. My service was equally amazing. Melissa and the rest of the employees working at Kay spent a good amount of time with both me and my fiance, answering all of our questions and making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. They were also able to get the rings sized in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers location.

Used to have some friendly staff, however they left and now you get bad service. Also I sent my wifes wedding ring in for service and they lost it. Manager will not compensate in any way, only replace. *Edit: They found the ring, but still a very unpleasant experience. Also when I called the corporate office they started accusing me for not verifying the ring was mine before leaving. I did have the ring back to them within about 25 min, but she did make me feel that this was somehow all my fault. Thats costomer service for ya!

Pushed pushed pushed pushed pushed until we left with there worthless $1200 junk. Had it sottered and now it is worse. Dimands are falling out after a week of getting it back. will not fix will not return.
