The customer service had been great and my fiance and I believed that once I saw a ring they had specially brought into the store that we would place our order with them. I had seen that ring by Sholdt online on another jewelers website and so had an idea of the cost. Tracy from Steve Quick quoted me a price that was MORE THAN DOUBLE what the same ring cost at the other jewelers. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I was very disappointed that after all of the time and special attention I thought I was receiving, I ended up being the target of a scam to get me to pay double for a ring. I will not return.

Steve Quick did a great job restoring my engagement ring, which was 100 years old and a family heirloom. They had great customer service, and the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because the first time they sized my ring, it was terribly off, a mistake that should not have happened.

Just want to say that Sarah B. was so helpful and never tired of my many emails. Even though I decided to wait a while to have my custom piece made, she was very understanding and said she will be there to help me when I am ready. They will definitely see me later:))

Great service. Was a little pricey. We loved that they worked with us on our very creative ring problem. They were also very accommodating to my little baby sized fingers (3.5). They did a great job, but it was expensive.

Both times I have been in there, they have been extremely rude. I will never buy from them or even go back in there. I would recommend no one else buy from them either.
