Considering buying at this location? FIgured its close to everything else , so its easy right? The staff at this location seems to care less about what they can do for you, and more about how many credit cards they can get in a month. A few months ago I walked in , with my actual kay credit card and the associate insisted that it was cancelled. I couldve walked away, but the item I had been looking at was in this location,and only this one. Wanting an item, she told me it would be "no sweat" to get things moving. She took down all of my info, and then opened a new card for me. Two weeks later i discovered not only had my first account never been closed, but that she had opened another credit account in a misspelling of my name. Ive been trying to get this resolved for many months, and every customer service rep tells me that they just can apologize and do nothing. I have an unnecessary line of credit that was in the wrong name. Dont waste your time here.

This place is a Joke. Every Crooks works at Kays should be the Tag line for this place. My wife took a necklace in to get fixed. After they broke it and promised to fix it, a month later still not fixed. Really? Your a corporate store, your going to tell me that every other Kays in the Country doesnt have the parts your looking for. Its not like were asking for Blood Diamonds. Every time my wife would go in to check on her necklace they kept saying their fixing it. I call and they have no records of this necklace and it being fixed. I recommend not shopping here for anything. The workers are rude and have no idea what is going on in their own work place. I have heard other horror stories about other people taking their jewerly to Kays and they have experienced the same thing. ** This Place Is A Dump! **

I bought my diamond from a third party, and worked with Lynn at Kays to find the right setting. She and others were very helpful throughout the whole process and genuinely good people that cared about the quality of the end product. Lynn was patient with me and all my questions about the setting procedure, warranties, craftsmanship, and offered great advice for the ring. She wasnt trying to make a quick sale and I would recommend contacting her for future purchases.

I wanted to get a really nice ring for my engagement and I found the perfect ring and could not have been happier. We both loved it and I said YES right there. I never goes a day without it and everyone says it looks great. After many great buys I am never disappointed. Misleading and Pushy. The reward program is really a credit card. I specifically asked the sales rep if it would show up on my credit report if I signed up for "coupons" as she put it. She said "No." Guess who got an alert from true credit about a lower score due to this inquiry? I am livid. I say pass. The necklace I bought was garbage anyway.

Bought my wifes engagement ring here. She was looking for something a little different (NOT a diamond, but a sapphire) and the girl at the counter helped me through the whole thing. It was TERRIFYING but she was overwhelmingly calm and helpful. Theyll do complimentary cleanings for my wife too whenever needed!! Highly recommend.
