The team at Fey & Co. are one of the tightest knit, hardest working teams Ive come across. They put an emphasis on customer service and make sure that you are taken care of from start to finish. My now wife and I decided to go together originally looking at rings to get ideas, and after seeing a number of stores we decided to stop in. Jon, the third generation Fey at the company, was oddly enough who we met and began working with. He patiently worked with us through all of our ideas and to give us a sense of what to expect and look for. I ended up buying the engagement ring here, and we loved the attention to detail so much that we decided to go back for our wedding bands, as well as my wedding day present! Anyways, throughout all of these visits we had a chance to work with a lot of people at Fey & Co. and see how each one of them tends to your needs. We had... what I would say were lofty expectations for details, and anything that we were unhappy with they were on top of changing without the blink of an eye. If you are planning on anything revolving around jewelry, just go to Fey & Co. and save yourself the trouble. They are the best.

Amazing! A friend of mine and I both purchased engagement rings here my fiance and his wife. We couldnt be happier with the customer service and experience. Each woman had a very different and very unique style and Fey & Co. was able to cater to both style. I did a lot of research on the four Cs of diamond purchasing and Heather (my sales person) helped my find the perfect diamond. After proposing, I took my fiance in to look at other settings and diamonds, but changed nothing about the ring. Heather helped me find the right diamond on the first try.

Stopped in the other day looking for wedding bands, I was a little surprised when the sales associate started showing me wedding bands before asking what I was looking for. I mean most often a wedding band matches the engagement ring. I just moved here from Texas so going to my original jeweler was not an option. I thought the selection was OK, but the sales associate was a little pushy trying to get me to buy today, I wasnt really into it. Been to worse, been to much better, friend of mine said to check this out so I did.

Aesthetically, Fey & Co. is visually refined, clean, and inviting, giving it a higher-quality atmosphere. The jewelers are attentive, but it feels like a business rather than family owned, personalized experience. The jeweler, Jon, is a very nice guy, but seems like he is just running what his father started, but has no real passion for jewelry. Bottom line, youll be able to find a beautiful ring here with a business transaction like experience.
