Ok let start off by saying I love love love this place. I live in North Suburbs of Chicago and this place had been on my radar for a long time but I was never able to visit them due to how far they are from my house. I am not big on online shopping and especially skeptical of buying jewelry online but I have been eying them on social media every since a good friend of my first told me about Treasures. I really liked a mens Breitling watch and decided to call them and I was pleasantly surprised with there customer service (I spoke with Harris). At no point did I feel that they were pushing me towards buying something, rather seemed willing to answer all my questions. It was only after 2 more interactions that I decided to place my order. The next day, I had FedEx on my front door and I was completely shocked because I was not expecting next day delivery especially since I was not in a rush and decided to use the free shipping option. I was later told that they had upgraded my delivery to next day as I had spoken to them over the phone. As someone who is some what of a watch freak/collector, I pay close attention to every detail and I was very happy with the quality of diamonds used on my bezel and the fact that they kept the original bezel separate and placed diamonds on a custom made bezel. I am very pleased with my purchase and decided to visit them a week ago so get my watch cleaned. I was quite impressed with the level of inventory they carry at the store and will definitely be back.

Just bought a pair of hoop earrings for my wife from Treasures and she absolutely loves it. Had an amazing deal as they are running the 80% red tag sale for the Christmas season. The hoops are well build and very reasonably priced. I was quite surprised with the large selection of jewelry they had in-store. Over all, had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Been shopping with them for 10 years now I must say they are the best they work with you on prices and they are honest people I paid for my boyfriend ring and he picked it not knowing I paid for it and they called me told me to come pick up the extra money a week later when I did they still remember me and gave me the extra money he left customer service is A+

Purchase my Date Just Rolex watch from these folks. Very helpful and friendly staff. This was my first big purchase of a high watch and they were very patient in answering all my questions. They also had far better prices than some other Rolex stores and the watch came with all proper paperwork. I was very pleased and will surely recommend these folks.

from here, but after 3 years my diamonds started falling out of my weddind band. I called and they said they would take care of it. So I took it up there and they fixed and replaced the diamonds with no charge. But once I got home and two days passed the diamonds came out again.
