I went here to get a ring cut off and resized and was incredibly impressed by the calm, friendly, knowledgeable staff there. They were very reassuring, walked me through the process, and made sure I got the right size. When all was done, they did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I dont spend a lot of time shopping for jewelry, but they will be the first place I look next time I need something.

My wife bought me an expensive watch and it would not keep time. They originally said theyd replace it but when I dropped it off made it sound like I broke the watch. Nasty, rude, condescending salesmen. Wouldnt refund the cost, broke every promise they made. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
