I pay $25 to have my oil changed in my vehicle at local dealership. I cant buy oil and filter that cheap. I went to have my front tire changed on my 09 Kawasaki here . I had ordered my own tire from on line store because all they wanted to do is tell me how it was my life on the line for not paying for michelin or perelli high priced tires. I bought bridgestone battlax the original replacement for that bike. Shouldve learned at that point, but i didnt. Stopped by and ask how much if i ride it over to change tire. On the wall at service counter was price sheet of $56 to change on bike. Service guy said $56 plus shop supplies. He said he wasnt doing anything and could do it now. Took him less than hour and bill was for $80 and some change. Supplies was for use of lift, balancer and new valve stem and whatever else who knows. Tire was on bike had no choice but to pay. Went back 2 days later with friend who took his wheels off and bought his own tires. He called twice and confirmed $35 apiece to change $70 and tax. We went in and spoke to service guy confirmed again $70 and tax . When we came back they had bill for $92. A different service guy said he had to help us out and knock bill down to $ 80 and some change. When car dealership says $25 they dont charge extra for oil dry and rags and oil disposal and use of lift. If you quote price charge that price. Ive been going here for many years buying small parts and hanging out talking bout motorcycles and enjoyed it. New group of people running it now . Horrible . Ill ride to Asheville now because i seriously doubt theyre gonna be in business much longer.

Oh yeah, these guys are really great. Charged me $85.00 for a solenoid switch that I can buy on Amazon for $19.99. I had no internet up in North Carolina, so I didnt find out till I got home that theyd charged me more than four times what it was worth. I was figuring I would use them for service and maintenance, as well as thinking of buying a second ATV. I guess I figured wrong. Ill tow my vehicle 500 miles before I bring it to these crooks to fix. Oh yeah, and they charged me for shipping, even though I picked it up at the dealership. Very well oriented toward the customers wallet. Put it in drive and steer clear of this place. You know, this is a good way to test a companys character, pretend you dont know anything, order something cheap, and see how far they turn the screws.

I have spent years in the motorcycle industry as a professional technician as well as a throttle twisting enthusiast. To the guy upset about the solenoid switch he found on Amazon for $19.99...I too have made the mistake of ordering cheap China knockoffs for a customer who didnt want to spend much. The end result is every one of these will fail long before the well made one from the original manufacturer! I too learned the hard way with my car as well. Be happy this dealership has the good sense to put the $85 dollar one in your bike so youre not stranded somewhere with inferior parts! I love the fact when I order parts here I get fast, reliable service and genuine, reliable parts!

Tried to charge my husband for a tire twice. But the worst part is that they did damage to his back fender on his drifter and tried to deny it. Even after one of the workers said "that might have happened when we got a flat after checking it on the side of the road and had to load it on a truck". Guess that is why they tried to double charge him. Also told him the noise it was making was normal....it was actually a loose spark plug. Terrible place!

I really dont know what some of these people are complaining about, I have always had a good experience here. We are always treated good and are told upfront what things will cost. Sometimes Ive had to wait, but its the only dealer on that side of western NC. I have been coming here for years and have watched the service dept grow from a 1 man operation to the 3 they have now. Keep up the good work guys, I wouldnt let the haters get to you!!

I have a trike kit on my Vulcan Voyager. Right rear tire out of alignment. Brought it in. Sent me to tractor supply for tire and talked with trike company on how to align it. Took me right in.being from a thousand miles from home, they were great. Working on bike as I write. Only ones willing to help. I dont care what I pay. Its worth it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. As an elderly woman with little knowledge of different motorcycles, I feel I have been taken advantage of. Overly priced and mechanics seem very hard on other peoples equipment in the parking lot. Take my advice- push your bike home before you stop here.

If you could put a half a star I would friend of mine took his bike there and that scuffed his back fender up and then denied that thay done it and would not even offer to fix it so if you want your bike beat up this is the dealership for you

Go to mr cycle this place is trash manager is rude and service is crappy and every time I get a part witch was comon sence i had a sponsor ship with them it was wrong and delivery time is very inacurate
