...as crazy as it sounds buying that brand new Yamaha Ar195 from the from Marty and his Boys @ Cycle Springs PowerSports was a life changing event for me!!!! I never had this much fun in any dealership in my entire life and Ive been in a few.... Ive helped many of my friends before to buy, sell, trade in, negotiate on all kinds of things but not a single place made me feel like Im being a part of the family and .........then I walked through those doors @CSP As a 1st time owner of a boat a thought maybe Ill be treated like a "rookie" but all those feelings went away right after I introduced myself to Brandon... Formally our salesman but I rather call him my Bro!! This deal could have been done within in 3 hours flat with a 2 hours boat demo included and I spent 7!!..yes.. seven and a half hours in their "house"!! Not because I had to, because I wanted to!!!!! Every single guy in there /Brandon sales,Jed from Parts&Services, Dan the Sales Mng, Luke, Eddie/ did not stop and answered for every single question that I had....and my oh my...I had a few. Their knowledge about every brand and every single product they represent is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Doesnt matter if its on their shelf ,on hand or something from online. They do know everything about their stuff from the boat bumper to the trailer hitch. Anything between and far more beyond... I could go on and on for hours about their commitment, dedication,knowledge, respect, customer service, educating a rookie but I think I said enough... 1 last thing before I post this!!!! During the boat demo we got really close to being wiped out by a storm so we hurried because we still needed to drive about a strong hour to get home. In our hurry we forgot and left behind our Coast Guard kit which was a gift from A.J /our original sales rep who couldnt be there that day/. We called,Brandon answered and he said... " were about close. I have about a 20 min paper pushing to do but as soon as Im done Ill be in my car and coming to you"....WOW... ...he didnt only drive an hour+ one way and just gave us the box and gone!!!...NO!!!!.... he spent 2+ hours of his own time with us and educated us even more. He hooked up all the gear he bought to us. Everything from installing the anchor or putting away the spare life vests in the storage compartments, connecting our phones to the Bluetooth and showing us the proper way to install tow ropes on different applications like wakeboard and water skiing or tubing....while we had nothing but FUN &GOOD TIMES!!!! We where talking about everything like bikes,cars,life,party,girls....you know....Bro stuff Make this long story short....hahahahhaahah I do hope that this post is going to make at least 1!!! persons decision making easier!!!! If it did please do tell any of My Brothers there that Youre here because Attila The Hun!!!!!!! Thank You for taking Your precious time reading this! I hope I was able to help You ....and I know !!! ...that You where entertained!! You will not go wrong with Cycle Springs PowerSports!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!!! Ultimate in service, convenience, and price! I dont know where to begin about how amazing our experience was with Brandon at Cycle Springs. We were trying to buy the last AR210 in Georgia locally and it fell through do to dealer incompetence. I got on boat trader and found the same boat we were looking for at Cycle Springs. I called and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful on the phone, answered all my questions and got me lined up for the same financing deal we were looking at up here. He was very responsive as we worked the whole deal out over the phone. Cycle Springs is a 7.5 hr drive for us so I wanted everything buttoned up before we pulled out of the driveway. Brandon was able to do this for us. We also got a better deal on the boat than we would have gotten locally. The day before we were to make our trek down to Florida, I asked Brandon to please have everything ready so when we showed up, we would write a check and sign some papers and be done. He did exactly what we asked. We showed up a little earlier than expected but he had everything ready and within 10 minutes, we were headed to the water for a demo on the boat. How awesome is that!? An on the water demo of all the ins and outs of the boat so we would be comfortable with it when we got back to Georgia. Brandon and Dan took us out and were fantastic! Answered all our questions and showed us everything we could possibly need to know. The experience was 1st class all the way! Even though we live so far away, if I ever need another powersport machine, I will go to Cycle Springs first, no questions. They are so far superior to every other dealer we have interacted with in our quest to determine what type and kind of boat we wanted. It really was a 5 star experience and I cant thank them enough.

BEST BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER!!! It all started about 6 weeks ago when I finally called on an ad they had on craigslist. Keep in mind I had been scouring the internet looking for the best possible deal and 2 of their waverunners kept popping up. I wasnt interested in buying for a dealer, I new I could get a better deal for a private party. The following week I finally made it up there and it seemed to be a really great deal but I was not done looking. They did not try to pressure me to buy they seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. These guys were such a wealth of information. They know the products inside and out. Way more than any other dealership within a 100 mile radius and believe me I did my due diligence. In fact there is another dealership way closer to my house that I wont mention by name but I will only say (purple dinosaur) where over the past 10 years Ive bought 3 motorcycles, 2 jetskis, and 1 jet boat that and they couldnt earn my business anymore. When I finally did buy the waverunner and brought it home I noticed an issue with it I didnt notice before I left with it. I called them right away and they said bring it back and they would take care of it. They took it in right away! Fixed the issue in one day way better than I expected. The Price point, respect, product knowledge, and patience these guys here had with me at Cycle Springs Powersports is second to none. If you are in the market for any of the fun toys they sell you owe it to yourself and your checkbook to at least check them out. My sales person was Andy Munoz. Between him and his manager Dan you simply cant go wrong.

I would like to compliment the entire team at Cycle Springs for doing a great job and truly going out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied. Production Specialist Scott Vierra was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. He provided attentive, personalized service that left me feeling good long after I left the shop. Noel, one of the owners, took a personal interest in my purchase and made sure that my 2009 CBR1000 RR Respol was finely tuned and in top running condition before I left the shop. His time and attention made me feel confident that I was making a good purchase from a business with integrity that I could trust. Service Manger Leon Beckner was polite, understanding and explained things to me so I could easily understand the situation at hand. He was willing to go to any lengths to ensure everything would be taken care of and that it was convenient for me. Last and certainly not least, service mechanic Fernando is possibly the most highly skilled professional on the west coast of Florida. He worked on my bike with speed, grace, and a knowledge that comes from many years of hard work and training. He was very easy to talk to, explained things to me clearly, and was genuinely happy to help me in any way that he could. I highly recommend working with the team at Cycle Gear. I travel over 90 minutes just to do business with them. If we had more businesses and professionals like Cycle Gear, this world would be a much better place!
