After placing a $1000 order of items that were supposedly "In stock" I had to wait nearly a month to receive most of them. I am still waiting on the last item to be shipped one month after the order was placed. Additionally two of the items that I ordered that were "custom built" by this company broke within the first week of usage. I contacted the company and was told that it was my own fault for not using locktite on one item they sent me (there were no instructions to use loctite in the package this item came in) and for the second item I was told I must send the broken half back to them so they can evaluate it and send me a replacement. CLEARLY after waiting a month for my items I should not have to wait an additionally two weeks for the item to be sent back and a replacement be sent out, with my own buisness if I ever had a customer as unsatisfied as I am I would send a full replacement via overnight shipping and I would send them a gift certificate to further EARN their business back. I sent numerous emails explaining to DCC that if they were to just respond to my emails and send me replacements for their products that broke I would be overjoyed and would surely return to do more business with them, but I have yet to hear any response. Bottom Line: Would NOT recommend this company to a friend, they are obviously too wrapped up in their little tv show to treat customers with dignity and respect.

Let me just start off by saying they deserve more than one star. Im just rating it one star to get the attention of people in circumstances like I was in. If you go on their website and go to the about page under shipping, it will say "We ship most orders the same day we receive them, if received by 3pm EST. In those rare instances that we cannot ship the same day, we typically ship the next day or worse case within 48hrs of receiving your order." Well... I saw that and I was relieved to know that I could be riding that weekend. Now, their service is great, but DO NOT expect them to live up to their shipping claims. After 4 orders, Ive yet to have a single one ship the same day, and only 1 has shipped within two days. Three orders have shipped later than 2 days after ordering, and Ive not ever received information on them, even though they claim to email you if for some reason the order is running late. Bottom line: The site is nice and they get you your parts as described, but they will not get it to you as quickly as they claim to. Period. One time could be a fluke, but 4 times theyre just slacking. If you need the parts fast, go somewhere else.

I NEVER write reviews but.. the folks at DCC are just awesome! They keep you abreast of any info you would ever want to know before you ever ask for it, items ship very quickly, and the customer service team is VERY prompt to respond to any questions you may have.They throw in small free swag like bumper stickers and hand written notes that say "Thank you for your business" on your recipt, which, to me, are very simple things that go a long way to show a customer some appreciation. They will continue to receive my business and support until I find someone better, which will likely never happen. Highly recommend, 5/5 stars all day!.

As a newbie to Cafe Bikes, I was hesitant to walk into the nondescript building in largo FL. I fully expected to be greeted by an angry mechanic, who would be frustrated with my lack of classic bike knowledge. WOW was I wrong! I was greeted with a smile and "Welcome to Dime City Cycles" I spent 20 minutes talking with one of the owners and she made me feel like family. I even got a tour of the shop and a look at some awesome project bikes. I cant wait to start building my Thruxton and working with DCC!

Seriously the best online parts buying experience I have ever had! I was able to email questions about products and receive very prompt replies to my questions, the parts I purchased were great quality and the order receipt in my box of parts had a hand written thank you note at the bottom for choosing them.

Im in Orlando but DCC was the only local(ish) stockist of my new Bell Bullitt helmet. Rather than AmazOFF or a random shop, I chose to spend my $ with Dime City. Minor shipping delay, Kara took care and made it right, no questions asked. Excellent customer service, cheers!
