Wow here it is, my first negative review. I generally wont bother leaving a negative report as everyone including business owners have an off day. However this is the exception especially after seeing the other reviews, John the owner is most unscrupulous. I parked in a small plaza with a large sign that says Park Now there was parking in the front and side of the building. I went in to the Barracuda Deli to pick up a to go sandwich, I was the only one parked on the side lot by the time I got back (10 minutes) John had put a parking boot on my car and left a document protected note stating that I parked illegally in a private lot and that if I didnt pay him $55 immediately that the tow truck he already called was going to charge me an amount over $170. He stated that his lot was clearly marked private and in fact he did have one small sign (12"x20") stating unauthorized cars would be towed but I thought I was authorized since I was in the same plaza and literally the next door over, like 10 over. Plus keep in mind and please see photo his main sign for the plaza says Park Now that sign is at least 4 feet by 8 feet so which one is going to pop out at you? John wouldnt listen and just kept threatening me that once the tow truck arrived it was going to be out of his hands and it was going to cost me over $170 all the while as he was sitting on his couch watching his TV. He wouldnt take a credit card (I wonder why duh) and I gave him $60 he hobbled up "I just had knee surgery he says" I thought dang this guy makes a living doing this for him to have got this all done in ten minutes in his condition. Anyways John I hope you fully recuperate in a expedient manner and would like to suggest instead of watching TV during the day (I noticed the cross you wore around your neck) perhaps you should crack open the lessons in the bible where Jesus states you should treat people the way you want to be treated. Really if you want to limit parking just to your store the signs should say that and they should be more visible against the bright bold colors of your building.

This guy is a criminal!!! It is worth it to pay a little more and go to another place because this guy will over charge you anyways. We started at 4:30pm and came back at 6:24. Thinking we were going to pay $40 for 2 hours, NOPE! He started the "timer" when we were doing paper work, using the restroom ect. We took excellent care of the scooters and filled up the gas tank right before dropping them off. When we arrived back he kept changing what time we started, I told him we started our watch right when we left the parking lot (which we did) and he said he was going to charged us regardless. I would never go here again. The guy is a complete criminal!

So sign says 24 hours a day service. Get there and door locked sigh up saying out of building. A Guy was inside came to door and showed us the showroom. We rented some scooters. Then he takes us out back to the crap room and checks out 3 to us. One wouldnt stay running. Took it back and he said it was cold let it warm up. Had for 3 hours, it died everytime I stopped. The stand wouldnt stay up and he could care less. Oh year he was in a hurry cause he had to leave to get someone from airport so he hurried through everything.

Showed up at 11am on a Friday. Sign on door said "back in 15 min. " waited one hour and called number twice - left message. Had time to read brochure which stated $20/day bike rental. Left. Owner called said would be there at 1pm. Went back, filled out paperwork and was told rate was $25. When I declined owner became hostile and threatening. Chased me out. Wow.

Extremely dishonset owner and very shady place to do business. The owner John Leonard is out to make money at any cost, including extorting money out of potential customers. Run, and I mean RUN, very far from this business and look for other scooter businesses in the area.

The owner is a crook. Charged me over $250 for a rental . I rented at 8am on Monday and brought back at 6:30 pm on Tuesday. Im a tourist. Do not use this place is my opinion . Told me $90 first day $80 next day. I will get Am Ex on it. Do not use dishonest person

We rented twice while on vacation and had a great time. The owner suggested the best places to go, providing detailed directions, and even painted over scratches on our rental car while we rode!!!! I cant recommend this place enough.

Johnny is a ride criminal. Having OVId send overflow parking to him. He charges $25 and has your car towed. He had a line a cars being towed Sunday. I guess his business sucks so bad this the only way he can make money.

Had to get a new rim for my wifes bike after driving down here from Michigan. The owner was very helpful and found exactly what we needed. Also gave us a great price!

This guy scammed us. Dont go here. He over charged us and is just a jerk. We can back 5 minutes early and put gas in the scooter. Never going here again. Beware!
