I brought my old cruiser in that wasnt really worth anything. Yet, they still came out and picked it up (since it wasnt running at all) and gave me more for it than I had quoted anywhere. They walked with me through the entire process of paying off the remainder of the loan (I didnt have to deal with the bank at all, they did everything for me) and squared everything up there. I was probably the biggest pain in the ass youd ever seen moving from a cruiser to a sport bike. I literally looked at probably 15 different bikes (sometimes twice) sitting on them, starting them, having someone sit on the back as I held it up to make sure it was comfortable for my girlfriend as well... the whole 9 yards. Never once did they ever become rude, frown or frustrated. They shopped every bank humanly possible ( as I was working with only 1k down) to make sure I stayed within my means of down payment and monthly payments. This was literally the most painstaking process Ive ever seen any rep go through for anything... ever. Eventually, I found a bike I was happy with, but it was shorter than an identical bike next to it. The shorter GSXR had all sorts of awesome mods to it, but was older and had higher mileage. They took all the mods off the shorter older bike (the one I didnt want because it was shorter and older but liked the mods so much) and moved all the customizations over to the newer, less mileage taller bike to make sure I was completely happy with the bike in every way! New tires, new battery, clean and sharp as hell and all the mods I wanted moved. I even bought a part that I wanted and they installed it for free while they were moving the mods off the older bike!!! They arent at all like car dealers, they didnt hover over me, they didnt ONCE not ONCE try to pressure me into buying a bike that was more expensive or I didnt like. If I even thought there was one thing wrong with the bike I was looking at, they would tell me "youre not completely happy, lets look at some other options." Every single employee I dealt with was literally the most pleasant and awesome person ever... I know I was the BIGGEST pain in the ass, but never once did they show it. I have owned a lot of bikes, bought a lot of bikes from various dealers, and I assure you if I ever need another bike, it will be through here. Gina was the absolute best! They even insurance shopped for me to make sure I got the cheapest rate available! I didnt even have to call around! A+ times infinity, seriously. Youre absolutely stupid if you dont stop in this place and look. They were up front and pointed out any blemish or scratch on the bike up front, NEVER tried to hide it... Seriously, this shoyld always be yoir first stop. They even gave me a discount on some other stuff I bought! (Helmet (which they made sure fit perfect and everything) The best thing you can do is come here. I am a picky pain in the ass and I have never been so satisfied in my life. Come...here... for everything.... ever.

When brought the bike in to Moramoto , i was glowing , this bike was absolutely perfect condition . I told him to look it over , he couldnt believe how new it looked , and couldnt find a mark on it , but when i picked it up damaged , he said it was already there. Took my flawless 10 year old bike with 5500 miles on it to Moramoto for a tune up , fluids changed , and chain. I was told by Andy it would be 5-7 days. After a week I called to find out the wrong parts came in , and it would be another week for the right ones to come in. 3 days later I got a call stating , my back tire was flat , it was fitted with new tires the day before I brought it to Moramoto , got a call the next day , to be told , the mechanic had put the rim of another bike on mine , with a flat tire. Awesome. When I went to pick up the bike , it had brake fluid stains slung across the windscreen and gauges , 2 three inch gouges on the back rim , 3 dents with scratches on the gas tank , all under strategically greasy fingerprints , when I wiped them off , I brought it to Andys attention. He denied any and all responsibility , yelled profanities in my face , and told me never to return. Covering for his extremely inexperienced , and negligent mechanics I expect. Instead of confronting the staff he employed , it was easier for him to deny it . and yell at me. Saved him a lot of money too . It would have been $750-$850 to replace my damaged parts. Snake in the grass beware. It took me 8 months to find a bike in this condition , 9 hours round trip to buy it for $4700+ tax , $670 @ moramoto , $350 for tires . I had it 2 days before Moramoto got it , they had it 3 weeks , I sold it for $4500 3 days later. Horrible experience. I am determined to save others from being victims . Andrew has made an art out of denial , and doesnt hear facts , if they prove him to be incorrect. He will go to any length to deny the truth , if it makes him look bad. If he would have treated me , and my bike with respect....this review wouldnt have been written... Fact. Too convenient ...no record of me ever being there ?? Lets do a lie detector test. The only compensation I want , is to tell others about this experience. Ride Safe Everyone :) God Bless

The people at moramoto are amazing the entire staff is some of the best people I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable about the bikes and other product they carry, they will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Soon as me and my daughter walked into the shop we were treated like family that they have not seen in a bit. Gina was our salesperson this girl is amazing she went way above what she had to do. I was a kinda pain in the butt to deal with I kept switching up and changing my mind on her but this girl never skipped a beat or batted an eye she is great and will do whatever she has to do to make and keep her customers happy. Dave is the sale manager he also is amazing he will do everything in his power to get you financed or take care of what you want or need. He has been in this field for over 15 years and is very knowledgeable in his field. Brent is the other salesperson who also is amazing even though we were not his customers he still treated us like we were, He will do everything he can do to put you on a bike. The bikes are in perfect condition and they have some of the nicest inventory I have seen in a long time and if they dont have what you want they will do everything to get it for you. Basically if you are looking to get on 2 wheels go to Moramoto you will be impressed. If you need service Moramotos service department is just as amazing. John and his guys answered every question I had without a problem what so ever. I will be back in a few months with my daughter to get her a bike and there is no question at all where I will go MORAMOTO.
