(2) brand new scooters lasted a total of 3 weeks. The first one ran a few days after stalling out and finding out no oil was put in bike. After going back and forth with them on I want my money back or a new bike. They force me in to taking this black one. Enrique shows me this one has to be turned off with the kill switch. Later I realize you can take the key out and the bike still runs. The steering wheel never locked. I assume this black bike may have been stolen and recovered with new odometer in it. Week 2 on the replacement bike it doesnt start. No power. I look online and see they are saying it could be the kill switch. I called the store. They wont help you. You have to bring it to them. If its their fault and you can prove it they will fix it. If its a new bike and it breaks down they should help you. The problem these bikes are not put together right. The second bike had so many issues. Screw tips are rounded out. Screws are put in at angles, locked and crosstheaded. Tops of screws were broken off. The Kickstart was put on backwards. When you tried to kick start it it smacked right in to the engine. After going over the many issues with the bike he tells me because I bypassed the killswitch it voids my warranty. I watched YouTube videos showing if the key is turned off the bike should stop running. If not its wired wrong. I had a couple worker with me when they gave me the second bike and he witnessed them showing me how I had to use the killswitch to turn this one off. Its like a 5 $ switch. Any problems with the bike you must have did something to it. In (3) weeks (2) bikes stopped running due to their build. You will be left stranded. In that 3 weeks they charged my account 190$ dollars unauthorized. I gave them 500 the first week. 200 the next week. 0 the third week the bike was not running and no one called me back. The 4th week charge me 190$ and the bike doesnt run? $700 down. And 190$ for six months brings the cost of the bike brings the total to 1840.00 for a bike that probably wont last but a few weeks before they find a way to void your warrany. Oh and if you change your own oil. You void your warranty. They charge you $50 to change your oil. Every 300 miles to keep your warranty. Yes 300 miles. A spark plug is 2.50 the synthetic oil is $7.00. My opinion is these people must be on drugs. Over all bad experience. How pissed would you be if you paid them 50$ for an oil change. They forgot to fill it. It stops running. You voided your warranty. Good luck with these clowns.

My Son had purchased a scooter from pinellas powersports on 6/20/13 and it has been worst purchase i have ever made. first off the day i bought it i already had to stop multiple times to tighten bolts that should have been tightened when it left the dealership, which means they did not do the 32 point safety check before i left with it. the day after i purchased it i noticed the bolt that i have been tightening was gone, so i went to advance auto parts and got a few nuts and bolts and went on with my day, the next place i stopped at from advance the bolt was gone( once again). so after a few days of fighting with this nut and blot situation i took my scooter up to (Mad Beach Scooters) where they put the correct and permanent solution(so i thought), shortly after they (fixed) it that nut and bolt was gone now loosening ever nut and bolt though out the whole exhaust system, which ultimately made the exhaust pipe finally break right at the head. i bring the scooter up to pinellas powersports and they say that the exhaust isn’t covered by the warranty because it is my responsibility to keep all the bolts tightened, (which i have been). so they charged me to for a new exhaust pipe and sent me out the door with it in hand without any bolts to put it back on, so i replace it, i replace the missing bolts and still to this day the keep vibrating off, now i need to replace the whole cylinder head because bolts that hold the exhaust in place up to the head are now stripped!?!?!?! i already have put close to 400$ into parts and labor into this thing and it still continues to break down. This is a brand new scooter there should be this many problems with something brand new. one day while i was riding to walmart the bolts holding my front break caliber on came off and i was riding to walmart not knowing that my front break caliber was even on the disc of the wheel, it was actually hanging by the break line flopping when i stop and i didn’t even know that till i stopped and got off and looked at it. the scooter has some type of oil leak, has a really loud squeaking sound when i start it and im tired of it. i need help, i cant keep riding this thing scared of the wheels falling off. oh i forgot to say that they illegally sold me the scooter because i don’t have a motorcycle licenses, they knew i didn’t have it and the continued the transaction. please help me.

Overall experiance is scam bought a. 08 suzuki gsxr with 26xxx miles and they also put on tittle 20xxx in oct 15 make sure to check your miles was told nada blue book value was $6200 sale price on paperwork they put $7100 as the sell price and took my deposit of $1400 instead of lowering my total price payed they added it to total sale of 7100 im assuming from $6200 with $1400 deposit was sopossed to finance at $4800 instead Financed it at $7100. months till today checked nada blue book now its value $5200. Fairing fell off in less than 2 weeks problem with forks seals was told they would fix it and till today didnt receive any repairs .alex salesman scam owner enrique doesnt take responsibilities just says allways communicating with parts to see what can be done never took intiative to handle it responsibly and no ryan fairings was never installed its still sitting in your shop worst thing is that they never give a call to help you after purchase is done to help fix this situation should be looking for legal advice if owner not willing to step in to fix this error. 4 month waiting on repairs when i took bike back 1st week of damage parts and waiting 30 days for they can process a claim threw my insurence and at that chargin me 1500 on dealers fees plus 650 on gps witch they told me is required and my insurece did not cover the whole bike value and bike was totaled due to fact the parts never ordered and excuse is that they fired their fraudulant employees stealing from them when they were stealing from the customers i beleive if they were stealing they were following in your food steps making customer beleive they are buying a trust worthy motor cycle until something goes wrong its up to the next person and dodging your repair until you show up taking 2 hour blank trips 4 times just for them to look at the bike for they to say they gonna order the parts and never do ask for your estimates paper on repairs because you might not get any work done from 3 to 4 month after the 30 day has past and if you dont have a repair warrenty forget bout it u just might lose ur money in general with the claim
