Needed first service on my bike. Called before visit and confirmed the price for it. I was told that the price is ~ $60. Then I was asked how many miles the bike has. It had ~2800 and manual states to change the oil every 4K or 6 months. I reached 6 month interval and I informed service manager about it. She said that it will be so called first service. No one mentioned that the price will be different. When I arrived I talked to another service manager and heard the same price of ~$60. I also had the question about uneven pipes and asked them to look at it. Before I gave the bike to them I made sure that mechanic agrees that the issue with pipes exists. When he came he agreed that pipes are not even and he wanted to check if other bike that they have on the floor has similar problem. He went to check and returned saying that they dont have such bike anymore. 1.5 hours later I was told that bike is ready. Oil was changed and pipes were not adjusted. The description on paper said - pipes are the same as on any other similar model on the floor. But there were no similar bikes on the floor. When I mentioned that I was told another version- pipes are even and that what I see is an optical illusion, after I said that I measured them before the visit and checked another bikes and only on mine issue exists I was told that it is technological requirement to have pipes uneven. At that point I did not see any reason to continue this conversation and wanted just pay for the service. And magically my confirmed $60 became $120. The explanation was that first service is much more than oil change and I should have mentioned that I need just oil change and not the first service. According to manual the first service is to change oil and filter and the rest is visual inspection. Another reason was that manager originally printed out some different form for service and price could not be changed. In addition I expected some quick summary from the mechanic and possible solutions for unresolved issue but I just got some 2 sentence come-off on the receipt. Why cant you just tell the truth that pipes adjustment is long time process that you dont want to perform ? While I was wearing my gear for leaving there was another guy leaving that place yelling that originally price was lower than at the end for service of his bike. There are tons of reviews about sales department and I mostly agree with them. Chris can get you bikes for a test ride which other dealerships wont and they open for negotiation but my last visit was about service which should be as important and good as sales. I would not visit this place for service again and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

6-4-15 I purchased a new VT750CS w/ABS breaking. I ordered lots of extras to be added to the bike before I took delivery. My Salesman was Chris Brown. This is my 5th Honda motor cycle I have purchased total. I have never had any Quality issues with any of my Honda Bikes. With that being said, Id like to also say Ive never had the Sales people or the Service Dept treat me like one of the family. For real. Chris listen to every word I spoke. He made lots of notes so I wouldnt be disappointed any where through the buying process. First they had to find the bike I wanted. ABS made it a look for bike. After locating the bike Chris and I meet again and went over the the extra parts list to be sure I was getting what I wanted by part number and looks. Perfect. Chris called me and kept me up to date on where every thing stood at any given time. Next came Parts Dept. I wanted to add more onto my new parts list. They dug out the catalogs and found what I wanted and they ordered those parts for me. Amy in the Service Dept had a talk with me about Service requirements and cost that I would face. I like that up front info. I received a call for Rudy in Finance Dept. We covered everything about my bike and more. No secrets here at Powersports. Time to receive my bike arrives. Chris takes me to meet Dave in Service Dept. After taking to Dave for just a couple minutes we discussed an issue I was concerned about. Chris and Dave threw out four options for me to consider. Dave is the type of Service man you look into his eyes and you know hes the guy I want putting hands on my bike. At-a-Boy Dave and Thanks. Well, the bottom line is this. People should say what they will do, and do what they say. Thats what happens at Clearwater Powersports. Really, the whole thing was like a Family get together. That is what happened to me. Oh, forgot, when delivery day arrived I was going to take a bus from Palm Harbor to Clearwater Powersports to get my bike. Sales Mgr said no way. Ed, well send our driver up to Palm Harbor to bring you here. First Class act. The Driver was an Ace as well. Thanks to the whole Powersports Family. You now have one happy Rider on board with you.

Id like to start out by saying THANK YOU ! This was my first time ever buying a Motorcycle , and I have to say this was the best experience I could ever imagine getting from a dealership! My father referred me to the dealership after buying a brand new 2017 Honda shadow aero from them as well about a week prior. I fell in love with the bike and had to get me one as well. Thats when I went and saw the man ! Mark Lessard! Let me tell you something about Mark, he was very easy to talk to and very easy to approach! He knows his stuff when it comes down to motorcycles and what Best fits you ! He made me feel very well at home and made me feel like part of the Biker family instantaneously ! Him and his finance team were able to get me a extremely killer deal on my 2009 Honda shadow Aero, A deal that only a fool could turn down ! Jameson the Sales Manager and his finance Team also helped make this experience the best one ! They were keeping me updated every five minutes about the process ! And they were able to get me financed with average credit at a lower rate and beautiful monthly payment ! Once they were getting my paperwork ready I was brought over to the parts counter where the awesome team of Morgan ,Fontana and Nick got me fitted in the best gear possible ! My safety gear is top-of-the-line gear! I paid good money for it and they were able to help me with some discounts! It makes me feel very safe to have gotten gear from West Coast powersports ! The parts department was very professional and courteous! Thank you so much to everybody over there that made my experience something that I will never forget ! So glad to have my first bike ! Again a big special thanks to Mark Lessard, Jameson and his Team for the High Class Customer Service ! I would recommend anyone and everyone to these guys !
