You can never properly rate a business when things are going well. A business is best judged by the way they handle adversity and when things arent going well. That being said, after the last month I feel I can safely write a review about how CPHD handles problems. Three times in the last month ive had to take time out of my days off to come have a repair done on two different Harleys. Only one issue was caused by a lapse on the dealers part, but each issue was taken care of promptly and professionally. I dont gripe ever time I have an issue because I like to think im a reasonable man, but this morning I had to drop off my new FLHTK because it started leaking oil on our trip last week. I finally decided to voice my displeasure about all the recent issues with Preston, the Sales Manager. He was professional and courteous, understood my issue, and took care of me. It is because of the way in which CPHD takes care of problems that I can recommend them and will continue to take my business there in the future. The only reason this wasnt a five star review is because of the average wait time to check a bike in. Other than that its been great.

I cant begin to explain what a crappy dealership all 3 of those dealerships are. After sitting on the phone with some A-hole named Butch asking about getting warranty service on my bike for a dead stator he was immediately asking do you have an modifications to my bike...well duh most people do put pipes then he was acting like they wouldnt fix it. The conversation was MUCH worse than Im describing here. I call Finks HD, they look up my VIN and they were like yep you have factory warranty coverage until 3/1/17. I said what about my stator problem he said its covered. I said what about the modifications he said I dont care what modifications you have done....youre covered. WAY different experience. I will never spend a dime at one those dealerships again. Their HOG chapter riders are a bunch of turds too.

Centennial Park H.D. does not stand behind the pre-owned bikes they sell. One of their selling points is a comprehensive inspection by their certified technicians. I paid more than what KBB Online said this bike is worth, but at least I know Im getting one that runs well or so I thought. I started having trouble with it the day I rode it home. I called the very next morning and got it in to be looked at. I was told what the problem probably could be, but the sales manager would not approve getting it fixed. I guess that comprehensive inspection by their certified technicians isnt worth much.

I was pleased with the service from Dwight. Its been years since I rode and after an accident from years ago on a rocket I decided I want a HD cruiser. Im still going through my selection process but I can say that the staff is friendly, Dwight had patience with me and my plethora of questions,so when Im ready this will be the place that I purchase my very first HD, either the RK,SG or RG.

Dropped off my 2001 Electra Glide for repairs. The bike would not shift into 2nd gear. They recommended the "spring service" in order to give it a good going over. The shifting problem was fixed, clutch was properly adjusted, fluids changed and belts inspected and adjusted. The bike rides great. Feels new. And did i mention the clutch? Big improvement. Great job!

Straight foward friendly sales. Stopped in to kill some time before our flight and I fell in love with a 2017 road glide special and ended up buying it. At no point did Ron pressure me into it but he and the whole staff worked with us to process the financing and add ons in time to catch our plane. Florida dealers could learn a few things from these guys.

One of the last mom and pop Harley dealerships in Ohio, truly a pleasure dealing with a smaller Kinder more homelike feel, staff was polite show room was clean & well-kept and a lot of cool new bikes. I enjoyed my visit.

The maintenance staff is awesome. They are very helpful and understanding. If I have any maintenance issues with my Harley Davidson there isnt anywhere else that I would take it.
