Went there a while ago to diagnose a problem with starting my atc, they said I had to fix the decompress lever that is obsolete and not even needed, had to diagnose and fix the bad stator windings myself to get spark and bike to work, something these guys at action could not fix or even diagnose on an older atc. They did charge me 75 bucks for claiming they tried to start it several times and could not well no sheet that is why I brought it there. Mechanic is a joke scam of theirs and would not refund the 40 after several complaints got them to return 40.. GO ELSWHERE they are clueless!! Unless you want to pay for un professional service and clue less service I would suggest you would be better opening your toilet and flushing your hard earned cash down there instead go elsewhere where their are honest mechanic that know what they are doing and not just junk yard mechs.

Put my 2006 yfz 450 in for service on the carburetor and front a-arm alignment. Carb was poorly jetted (installed a 135 main when it suggested 150-154) I brought the NCQV yz450f needle and specifically asked for it to be installed. When I picked up my bike I was handed back the new needle I paid ($20 for & wanted installed) and was told it already has an NCQV needle in it. My bike bogged and fell flat on its face if you punched the gas, even times it would totally stall out but I was told it was running good.. I was also way overcharged for my front end alignment ($350) and that was just an adjustment, not even an installment. I took my bike to AXIS POWERSPORTS and my bike is now jetted with the NCQV 3 clip from the top 155 main jet and 48 pilot and runs flawless. Highly recommended. However, Action Honda I feel overall poor and untrustworthy service. I will not be back.

Stay away from this place! I bought a beautiful used bike that was horrifically damaged. Someone had used epoxy in the carburetor! Now, its been sitting, covered, in my mechanics garage for a few years because it costs to much to fix. I should have walked away when the sales guy had to get the service department to change the dead battery, clealy they didnt even look it over before they put it up for sale! Im sharing so that hopefully you can learn from my $5000 mistake. This place has terrible ethics.

**RIP OFF REPORT** Just called the service dept and I told him I wanted a valve clearance check on my bike 07 cbr1krr. I know it takes about 2 hours max if your going slow. He said "about $600 to CHECK the valve clearance", not do anyou valve adjustment. I asked "how much you charge an hour?" He said "$76 /hr". I then said "so it takes about 7-8 hours to CHECK the valve clearance?" He said "yes it does". This place is a scam and ripping people off who dont know better.

Went in to purchase bike for wife paying cash. As this was a gift to her. They were no help at all. And could not work out a deal for me to surprise her. I was paying there asking price. And they refused to give any type of incentives which I was find with after I knew they were not giving flex. Seemed like they did not care if I bought bike or not out the door price was $5100 and some change. Guess I have to drive to tampa to other honda rep.

If you are trying to get parts for a Honda this is the place to go. The British guy has helped me so many times and I am very satisfied. He will take extra time to show you everything you want to know about a product. Just recently I ordered a part that was $800.00. Normally the shop requires you to pay for the art in full before you can order it. He made it possible to put half down and order it today.

The Service dept really willing to work with me, one of our Aquatrax was throwing error codes and they ran the diagnosis so I could fix it. In prior experience I brought our other Aquatrax in for fuel tank replacement covered under warranty. Since they had to pull motor they replaced engine mounts charging me only for the parts. I was very impressed with their willing to work with me!!!

jan 17 2015 just picked up a new ctx from the guys at action Honda im from stpete could not make a deal with local bike Honda shop we went there and was very happy part guy help us with windshield perry was are saleman easy to work with very good place give them a try if you want a Honda even the old man was nice walking around I think he was the owner not sure good people

They fixed the recall on my bike in a timely manner but after taking it home I saw that my relay wasnt attached, missing clips for front faring, and now 2 weeks after I notice Im missing a screw also. I dont know if I trust the quality of the work they did on my bike if they cant even replace screws where needed. Ill be taking my bike to a place further away from now on.

Called on a Tuesday for fork bushings and they had them. Ask them to hold until Friday when I could pick them up and they said they could. Asked if I had to pay now, they said no. I call today and to make sure they have them, come to find out they sold them yesterday. They wont be getting any more of my business. Dont tell a customer you can do something if you cant.

Limited stock on parts. 10% higher retail than the dealer down the street. Multiple times in the service department they didnt have the specific tools to do things such as bearing replacements and seals but charge you their 90$ an hour rate. Sorry but if I wanted someone to use screwdrivers on my stuff I would have done it myself. Thank you

These guys are thieves I went in to order parts and spent over 800 dollars and when the parts came in it wasnt even the parts I wanted and when I took it in to get my money back they charged me almost 200 in restock fees Ben is a jackass and has no idea what he is doing avoid this place at all cost

Very helpful friendly staff. Our expectations were fully satisfied with what we received. Sunny. Steve and John treated us with utmost respect. The service department was amazingly clean and organized which impressed us so much that we will be using Action Honda for continued services.

Great service! I had new tires put on my bike and told the service manager to change brake pads as well. One hour later the manager called and informed me my pads were fine. I like the honesty of the people there from sales to service and the parts department. Highly recommend!

My husband is in the car business, we had a motorcycle in mind & the guy had no interest in making a deal. Literally said full sticker price, motorcycles never have any price off. Arrogance and lack of professionalism in this place. I would never recommend this spot.
