GREAT SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT , GREAT GUYS OFFERING PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE AND AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. HAVE BROUGHT MY HIGH PERFORMANCE FATBOY TO K AND K ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRS FOR STARTER, CLUTCH AND ENGINE ISSUES. KEN AND KYLE HAVE A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE COMPLEXITIES OF THE BIKE AND ARE EXTREMELY COMPETENT AT RECOGNIZING EFFECTIVE MEASURES AND SOLUTIONS. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND DO WHAT THEY SAY. I HAVE A LONG LIST OF UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES PROVIDED BY HD DEALERS FOR REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS THAT DID NOT WORK, DID NOT LAST AND COSTED WAY TOO MUCH. I TRUST KEN AND KYLE BASED UPON MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. I HAVE REFERRED SEVERAL NEW CUSTOMERS TO THEM AND THOSE WHO I HAVE REFERRED ARE EQUALLY IMPRESSED. Horrible customer service. They are all friendly when you discuss spending thousands with them for upgrades but God help you if you have a problem afterwards. They put the wrong map in my buddys Power Commander (after he spent $2K+ with them) and basically told him "Tough $#!%" when he took it back because it ran so poorly. Gulf Coast fixed the problem with a dyno tune and the right map. After this, I asked them for the map in my bike and was informed if they gave me the info, it would void the warranty on the $1500 worth of work they had just done on my bike. Well, since their warranty isnt worth squat, I got the map from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid these morons. Go to R&D motorcycles on Tampa Rd and the junction with Curlew. Never a problem there with service or warranty. Cost is better at R&D as well.

Moved here from N.Y. and was worried about finding a shop that knew what they were doing until i came across K&K custom cycles this father and son team is bar none the best shop i came across in yrs, alway`s going above and beyond, i will not go anywhere else i been riding for past 36 yrs and have owned over 20 bikes currently have three K&K is my last shop. Also added note i found in life that you can`t please everyone all the time but there is alway`s someone that is just negative with all things in life, the person that had a bad rant about K&K has no idea what he thinks he is talking about i had download map installed also and the bike rides flawless also spent 4 k with them best money i ever spent looking to do more work on my other bikes with K&K.

I had cams and overall engine worked done at K&K Custom. I was looking for a local shop that provided convenience with excellent, quality work. I have found it. My 08 Rocker has never run smoother, with increased speed and more MPG. Increased MPGs was an additional bounus. K&Ks fine turning of the Power Commander made this a truly awesome experience. They take to the time to explain and explore your wants and desires while laying out costs. Cost-wise they are cheaper overall, but provide more quality parts that are in with HD Retail shops I have taken my bike too. I strongly recommend giving K&K a shot. Im not going anywhere else.

Father and Son business for over 15 years!!! I know I have been using them since day one. (Boy has time flown by). Cant beat it they are the Best by far. I have tried others (most of you know Ive been around the USA more than once) this shop is superior to most because its not the buck$$ that matters its the GREAT "personalities, service, work time frame. They are honest, dependable, neat and clean. Kenny an Kyle I consider you more like Family, and I trust you with mine for there motorcycle needs. O.K. I had a lapse of judgment and took my bike to another place in Oldsmar for a pre-Key West 5000 svc. Bike had zero issues. Came out with a 800.00 bill and bike not running. TOOk the bike to Kyle and Ken as I should in the beginning and they as always got me back to normal and as always was super fair. K & K has always been straight and on the spot. Not only do they have the knowledge to trouble shoot v/s replace until it runs but always have an answer for me. Kyle and Ken thank you for getting me back and Thank you both. K&K has been working on mine and my sons bikes for the past few years. I have them service all three bikes every 5000 miles. We have never had a problem and they always go above and beyond your typical service. They have found issues before they became major issues. Besides the normal 5000 mile service I always bring them the bikes to check over before any long trips and we have never been left stranded. I am glad they are authorized to do any Extended Warranty Service. I feel they have always treated me fairly. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I am tired of super high prices through dealers. Ken AND Kyle are both very good at all service and mechanical work and have taken care of both my Harleys. I strongly recommend their business for anyone whos looking for a freindly stop in anytime discuss bike service and repair work..In todays world of your just another customer its refreshing to have a neighborly shop to go to. I have referred friends to K&k and have been thanked for doing so. Give them a shot you will be glad you did.

Ive been taking my Harley to K&K for almost 2 years. They are the only guys I trust to work on my Harley. They have done a great job each and every time. They fix it right the first time every time. My buddy and his wife take their Harleys to them also, and are super happy with K&K. I, just like everyone Had taken my bike a few shops before I found K&K. These guys do better work then any other shop Ive been to. Real pros, Thank you K&K for all u do! If u love your Harley, theres no other place to take it.

Recently had some work done and as usual Ken and Kyle did an excellent job. I never had a problem with anything they have done and I know they stand behind their work. I have been having my bikes serviced there for the last 10 years and they have always provided quality work from scheduled service to warranty work. Always courteous and always helpful couldnt ask for a better team. Hell, they have even taught my dumb ass a couple of things! Glad I found their shop, good people.

I would recommend Ken & Kyle to anyone! They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. When my bike got stuck on the road (I was on my way to bring the bike to them) they didnt hesitate to come and rescue me with their own truck & trailer.These guys are top-notch, friendly, knowledgeable and wont rip you off. In fact Im going to be bringing my new (used) bike to them this week. They are trustworthy, which is a dying element in todays world. Two thumbs up to Ken & Kyle!
