I wanted to buy a motorcycle part and decided to try and get one nearby (Australia) to support local business. BUT they couldnt match the price. I gave them opportunity and they did drop the price but could only get to half of what Sun Coast Cycle Sports were offering delivered to my door. So I bought the part all the way from the USA for half the cost I could get it in my own country. Hey, I do like to support local business but I also need to stick fuel in the bike and tucker in my belly! Theyll be first place I look in future. As a matter of fact Sun Coast Cycle Sports sent me a link for a part request. I think Ill fill that in and see if they can source a couple of chrome neck covers for my bike. Theyre as rare as hens teeth but Im thinking I cant lose by trying.

I purchased a transmission and case from the seller.. Great to deal with upfront BUT the parts came in damaged.. That is when the problems really started... oh they lost one part up front and suddenly found it but I still worked with them.. I filed a claim with UPS as they requested and the parts where picked up and returned to the seller... Sadly now the seller has the parts and my money and is refusing to make a timely settlement last time frame I heard was 4-6 weeks.. Over 900 they are holding.. How would you feel.. no parts bike repair on hold and no money to buy more.. Work with this seller at your own risk and make sure you can do with out your money just in case a problem arises. Thank you for listening I just wanted to give fair warning..

Man 2 bad dealings with this company !! They fixed the first one and the second one Ive been waiting a week at least.. only to get hung up on today by whoever answered the phone .. highly unprofessional .. from one business owner to another I see why u have some of the bad reviews that u do ...maybe I should have went against my moral and listened to the online reviews.. And o wouldnt have just got hung up on .. it is not my fault you guys sent me a damaged item ...again highly unprofessional on ur companies behalf smh!!!!!

BUYER BE AWARE. I purchased an item from them that the shipping tracker shows delivered, but I received no part. Contacted the seller and they are not taking any responsibility. All they had to say was that they shipped the part to the correct address and it shows delivered. Now I am responsible to go around knock on neighbors doors and the USPS and try to find the part. They do not care one bit that I didnt receive the item, no refund, no replacement item, no help. I will never buy anything from you again.

Dear Sun Coast Cycles, I purchased a BMW 2004 motor from you a little over one month ago. The motor came in the same condition as described and I got no surprise when I received it. Paid almost a $1000 for a part that was not as described when delivered! After getting the run around for 2 months by their oh so polite management they refused to talk to me further and would not refund me! So I notified PayPal and they stepped in, froze the funds and refunded my money all with no help from these assholes..thank you PayPal! These guys will be nice to you and tell you everything you want to hear all while screwing you over ..BEWARE!

I looked everywhere for a Bracket to mount the headlight on for my Katana 600 the Suzuki dealerships I checked with wanted $100 more than SCCS, I ordered it via Ebay got it in 2 weeks (cuz I live in Canada) in great condition, plenty of packaging to prevent from breaking in shipment. all my emails and questions were responded to asap. Great service will be buying more from them.. Thanks !!!

These guys are as close to perfect as you can get...I got a radiator overflow bottle for my ninja 500 from them through e-bay motors that had a hidden crack in it (no ones perfect right?), they refunded my money immediately that day without question or shipping it back to them so they could see it...If I need a part for my bike and they got it, im getting it from them.

I have had so many great experiences with these guys, I only wish that i lived nearby so I could pick up the pile of parts I order from them! The parts quality is superb, shipping is fast and the pricing is very low. No matter what it is that I am looking for, they always seem to have it in like new shape too. As I live in the UK no parts available for my suzuki DL1000 02 unless brand new on a 12 year old bike. Sun Coast Cycle Spares had the part and the transaction and trackable delivery went very smoothly. Brill delivery and once collected from UK customs the part was fitted, so my bike lives again. Would use these guys again, many thanks to Sun Coast Cycle Spares.

Ordered a set of fork lowers for my suzuki sv 1000 was a bit nervous about buying from America and getting them sent to me on Scotland but they arrived on time did have to pay £14pounds to get them from the royal mail depot (I expected that) so Im really happy great service from the guys would feel confident buying something else. All parts arrived just as pictured. Been needing a skidplate for my Vstrom so I pulled the trigger on a damaged one SunCoast had in stock. Was pleasantly surprised to find it was only slightly blemished and would be able to bend back easily. Will keep you fellows in mind, for any parts or upgrades in the future. Thanks again Garry.

Awesome people down to earth my parts worked perfect got a steel braided line that was less than half the price of a new one. I got some trim fairings and fit perfect cleaned my bike up a lot. they also had a wide selection of sprockets to choose from which were cheap enough for me to experiment to see what i liked.

Got a gsxr 600 from here. Im highly unsatisfied with the product. It wasnt washed. The compression test values reported, were wrong. The shipment was covered in fragile material. Horrible experience I wouldnt recommend this place for buying used engines. Its too overpriced and the quality is the worst.

Stay away from these crooks, very dishonest, bought a transmission through ebay from them that was supposedly tested, has 2 broken gears and metal throughout, refuse to refund, they get good reviews until theres a problem, thats when you find out exactly how they do business, youve been warned!
