This place is CRAP one person tells u one thing the next person says something completely different! Ken the owner has a chip on his shoulder apparently and seems to think he is high and mighty! Will NEVER take my bike there again! ...........Thank you for proving my point Ken! And by the way ,Yes, you have worked on my bike , you put tires on it in Aug of last year.... and you were rude to me then too. Everyone else was awesome and thats why I came back thinking someone would talk to me, not be a jerk! If you spoke to people half as pleasant as you type we wouldnt be where we are. You spin the tale however you have to to sleep at night but I came in trying to have a conversation and I got an attitude...All I said was "Id hate for yall to tear into my bike only tp find out I cant afford the repairs".....and you responded with....."well we can give you youre bike in parts" and "thats not my problem " and " I dont know what to tell you", that is not how you should talk to a customer! I get it it was a bad day apparently and you just didnt want to deal with me . Ill know better next time! Like I told you then I get that you were being honest, but you dont have to be like that about it! Of course I was unhappy I had just rode 30 mins. on a bike I didnt expect to even make it there and YOU are what I got for it, you almost had a loyal customer but if me asking you to speak to me with a little respect is too much to ask then my apologies for disturbing you!!! Just so you know I never cussed my wife, I was cussing at you the whole time!

I used this place twice to work on my bike and thought the service was good. The 3rd time I had them tow my bike a few blocks for $35.00. This was on a Saturday morning. I called them Monday before lunch and they said they didnt check it out yet but would call me. Tuseday afternoon I called back and the guy in charge said I needed a new battery for a little under $200.oo bucks. I thought this was a bit high so I questioned him about it. I also asked when he found out it needed a battery. He said Mon afternoon. I asked why he didnt call and his answer was "I dont know". He got ticked off and told me he wouldnt work on the bike. I eventually had it towed to Barneys and got the battery at a cheaper cost, and this is Barneys - probably the most expensive place around. Cycle Ward is actually a Crazy Ward - you can do better......

Last week I purchased a flawless 2013 Triumph America that only had 6000 miles that they took in as trade. My interaction with Alen & Ken from the beginning was honest, not pushy and very informative. This was my first bike and after visiting at least 5 other dealers and hours searching online I developed a defeated, defensive crappy attitude before I stopped there so 5 stars really means a great experience!. BTW Im not sure if its cool to say what I paid but its at least 2 grand cheeper than any comps I found online!

I just bought a 2016 Street Glide from The Cycle Ward and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a quality pre-owned sled - this is the place. I appreciated the straight forward, no nonsense, regular guy attitude (love it). I plan on taking the bike back for services and such. The Cycle Ward gets two thumbs up from this guy. Thanks again Ken and Alan.

The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my ride the first time for half the cost the dealer tried to charge me. Very happy to get that call.
