Kevin went all out in helping me be better informed on selling my motorcycle that I had bought from them several years ago with no finacial gain to his business other than gaining a loyal customer. I tried to do this separately but Id doesnt want to allow me so I am adding Jasons review here .Jason spent a lot of time to find me the bike I wanted and it took over a year for him to find it! He didnt harrass me with phone calls over that year and quite frankly I figured my request had been put in a file or thrown away. But over the time it took to find my bike I would stop in occasionally and was always surprised to be greeted by my first name (without looking it up). He always would say we havent found ur bike yet till the day I walked in and he said was gonna call u shortly got something u may be interested in. He found my bike and I took possession of it within the week. The process to buy was pleasant and made as easy as these things can be. From that day its been almost three years when I call in or walk in he always knows my first name and I stop no more than 2 times a year and sometime less. Thats the sales person I want in my corner when I go to but my next bike. Thanks Jason for going above and beyond the call of duty. He also sold me all my riding gear at a huge discounted price the same day.

I took my motorcycle to this establishment and was charge $165 to diagnose my bikes issue. The inidividual explained all the things they checked and took apart to find the problem. I paid the money and picked up my motorcycle only to have it spew oil all over the place by the time I got it home. I called the dealership the next morning (because it was closed by the time I got home) to complain about the problem. I had to trailer the bike to get it back to the establishment and one of the straps came off in route and put a big dent in the gas tank! They did not accept responsibility for the leak and the individual who came out to look at the bike said all he did was take a few things off. I wanted to ask why they charged me so much for the little bit he did. They kept the bike to check out the oil leak and quoted me another $120 to fix the problem. When they finally called and said they were done with the bike the cost was $201. That is 2/3 more than the original estimate. Not only did they allow me to take my bike with an oil leak which is a huge safety issue, they way over charged for their services. The way I look at it, I paid $366 for a dent in my tank. Go somewhere else to get your bike worked on these guys may be nice, however I question their abilities.

Newark,OH | New Sales Department CHRIS H. Let me just say Mid Ohio is a first class dealer. My salesman Jason Mcclung was upfront from the beginning from pricing around other places in Columbus area. After a friend referred me to Mid Ohio I decided to purchase a 2015 Mule Pro Fxt at Mid Ohio. I called and explained what I wanted on the mule and the terms I wanted and they went right to work. I entered the showroom and I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was taken out and showed my Mule and went over it to make sure all was ok before starting the paper work. Than i was taken in to a fast and speedy finance dept. Within 45 minutes I was out the door with a friendly hand shake from all the staff. My unit also had a full tank of gas which you just dont see anymore from dealers of cars and Motorcycle companies. I will definitely be buying again from MID OHIO. Thanks again for all your help Jason you and your staff make all the difference in the buying experience. I give Mid Ohio 5 Stars. :)

I purchased a new Gold Wing F6B from them in June last year and was impressed how easy the deal closed with a fair trade in price as well as all factory discounts were applied and a bottom line price in less than 90 minutes. Professional and friendly group of people dedicated with refreshing attitude towards customers service and customer support. An hour or so later after the F6B was serviced and some purchases of new helmet and jacket for my lady. We rode out to Mochican State park and met my son and family. Wow Purchased a MC and still had the rest of the to ride in really wet weather. Oh well all is good ! Still enjoy the MC and I would consult with them first no matter what brand MC that I was going to purchase. They usually have a wide range selection of used bikes. Well run company, great experience.

Was a pleasant experience the entire time I was there. The sales people were not pretentious nor pushy. Gave me space when I wanted it, and came right back over if I had a question. The dealership is ideally located for test riding the bikes too. There is a small 6 mile loop that gives you a good impression of the bike you are testing. They worked with me on the sales price of the bike so that everyone walked away happy. The day I picked up my bike went smoothly since they had everything ready. Bike was freshly detailed and looked better than when I put money down on it. My entire experience was a positive one and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Especially is the salesman Jason is working.

“I called Mid-Ohio Suzuki to inquire about a purchasing a new motorcyle and delt with Michael Sapp. He was very helpful over the phone on my initial call. He followed up with me occasionally to check in on my buying situation, but was never pressuring me to buy now. When I was ready to purchase, he and the dealership gave me a fair deal on my trade and made the buying process a pleasant one. He went the extra distance and delivered my new purchase and picked up my trade in. Purchasing my new motorcyle from Michael and Mid-Ohio Suzuki was a great experience. I would recommend Michael and Mid-Ohio Suzuki to anyone and will see them again for any of my furture purchases.”

Their websites inventory drew me in. Once I knew the bike I came for fit me well. Andy, in sales, did a great job. Next was Brent, the finance guy. He did a great job explaining things to me. The guy in accessories/parts (wish I could remember his name) helped my son and I with helmets gloves, Kevlar jacket and jeans. Andy brought over a shirt that my son has worn the last two days. I couldnt drive it home right away because my husband was at work. These guys are the best! They drove it to my house for me! I cant believe the excellent service we received. From now until ever, I will be doing my business with them. I am their newest lifelong customer.

Not A trustworthy dealer or repair shop. First I found out they sold me a rebuilt salvaged motorcycle without telling me. Which in turn i paid way to much for because rebuilt salvage decreases the value dramatically. Worst of all there were mechanical and electrical problems that were enough to make the vehicle undriveable. Aparently there was a wiring nightmare. Sometimes the headlights and turn signals worked and sometimes they did not. The horn would beep for no reason. Many issues and they did not cvare about me because they have made their sale. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOUZY ESTABLISHMENT!
