I took my bike to Lancaster Sport Cycles for a coolant leak. I have a new bike and the work was covered under warranty. I originally purchased it at another, larger central OH dealer and when I took it there to have them look for the leak, they "couldnt replicate the issue." This was despite there being dried coolant on the underside of the case and on the O2 sensor. Unfortunately, I didnt know about Lancaster Sport Cycles until I was recommended by a friend. Lancaster Sport Cycle immediately found the issue and ordered the required parts. The service manager Lee was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for any service you would need and my only complaint is that I didnt about them when I was purchasing my bike.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. First I called about service for my polaris rzr 900, for some recalls and a coolant leak. There main concern was did I buy it there. I told them that I did, so they said they could not service it at this time and if I wanted faster service take it to the dealer I bought it from. Next this is why I didnt buy from them. I inquired about a rzr 1000 turbo or a 900. The sales man told me that he thought the 1000 turbo was sold and he would get back with me. He never called me back about the 1000 or the 900. So I brought it from someone who return phone calls. Just my 2 cents. Ill be using any other dealers but them.

“I would recommend Lancaster Sport Cycles over any other motorcycle shop or dealer by far. My experience with this company over the last 20 years has always been top of the line across the board in all areas. Most recently, I just had a new top end put into a 1988 yz125. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get parts for this old dinasour. When I got it back, it ran like a new one. I was also told that the owner (Tim Shepard) even worked on the bike personally. Where else do you go where something like this happens. Again, I would recommend Lancaster Sport Cycles over anyone else for service, sales, and customer service. ”

My partner and I were extremely impressed with the service at Sport Cycles. We blew a tire on our Yamaha while riding cross country and Sport Cycles was the closest service center. Despite being busy they were able to fit us in that day. We had no more problems for the rest of our 1,000+ mile ride. Special thanks to Lee and Cody for letting us hang out while it was getting fixed, and to the mechanic who could fit us in.

These guys are awesome they work with you wen buying something and do wat they can for you.. the service dept is the best I every seen at and shop... Scott is a hell of a guy and will do anything to get you our riding again... And chad is awesome at working on my rzr! Theres a reason the service dept is always packed... Bc its jus outstanding!!!!

These guys are the best. Got my quad at a really good price and the service and parts are very good. Needed a bearing in my rear wheels replaced so that I could ride this weekend and they did it on the spot. Every experience I have had there has been great. I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend their service department.It took them 6 weeks to change the tires on a motorcycle, then never called to say we could pick it up. We are still waiting for it to get finished.
