Ler me first say that Kenneth Russell of Burton, Mi wanted a Matte Copper 2017 Polaris Sportsman H.O..1000cc. No other machine ... nothing else would be adequate to what he wanted! Upon searching the web for hours near our home in Burton Mi. The sad fact was that there were no dealers who had one! Or, for that matter could order one. It seems that Polaris only made a few of these limited edition! Oh no! Mr Ken was in a funk! What to do?? I suggested doing a state wide search. Viola!! Ball Equiptment in Richmond had one! Kenneth was ecstatic to say the least! Then that emotion quickly changed to panic! What if someone else wants the same Matte Copper? So he called Ball Equiptment! It was Chad Adragna who answered the phone. God Bless Chad for being able to understand someone talking a hundred miles an hour.lol. Also, Thank you to him for putting up with all the calls from a very happy and excited Kenneth. With in a day Chad had the paperwork done.. and we were on a road trip to Richmond Michigan! Chad was a warm and equally excited for Ken .. as Ken was! The paper work.. was painless, and with Chad going over the features and what not of the Polaris.. we were ready to hit the road! However, there was a problem. Ken has a bad heart and at 45 years of age needs a heart transplant! When Ken could not finish tying down the atv on the trailer, again there was Chad more than eager to help! Seeing in my eyes that i had never driven a trailer before .. he even offered to back it up and get us on the road! What a great dealership with the wisdom to hire ... excellent sales persons such as Chad Adragna .. Kudos..I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone...Thank you

BUYER BEWARE! They sold me a chainsaw that they tried to fix. It was leaking bar chain oil as soon as you put it in. I paid for shipping both ways and I still do not have a chain saw! What a horrible company to do business with. They have an online store called Fix My Toys too. Pay the extra $20 and go to a honest company to do business with. It was not worth the headache. They make you jump through hoops to make a simple return on a defective item. They do not even acknowledge the fact that they sold you a defective item and try to fix it. BUYER BEWARE! CEO wrote, "I again apologize for the inconvenience caused by a product that you experienced issues with, however given the circumstances and your behavior towards my business I regret to inform you there is nothing more i can do for you at this time. " All I read is I sold you junk, took your money, too bad.

Took my RZR to Ball for its first service. Met with Andy and did he ever come thru. I dropped it off on Monday and he stated that he should be able to get it in the shop Friday morning. I had a performance issue as well. I decided on a winch also and he promised me he could make it happen before the weekend even though he had to order the winch and mount. I stopped Friday on my way home from work and Andy was completing the winch install - a quality job. He took the time to answer my questions as he finished the install. He then took me for a ride to ensure I was happy that the performance issue was resolved. I have always read good things on various forums about Ball Equipment, but after having experienced it myself, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Service rebuilt my Polaris Quad last summer...spent $1800...a cover on the head blew off and engine oil sprayed out all over...they put it back in an said theyd warranty the rebuild longer incase losing the oil did damage. This spring it stopped moving but still would run...was told a mouse ate the clutch buttons...so they kindly fixed it as long as I payed for parts $50...they dropped it off it wouldnt go forward and belt started smoking...they picked it up and had it 2 days and dropped it off in my driveway with no phone call...used it yesterday and the belt smoked and it wont move...beyond fed up and do not recommend anyone having anything serviced here.

My husband and I had been looking for a side by side. After looking at them in person we decided that they were to big for the projects we needed them for. We decided on a Sportsman 570, this was of course after he saw the wrapped WWII one with the pinup girls on it. He called Ball Equipment and set up a time to go and look. We were greeted by Jim who helped us through the entire process. Even though the one we wanted had been sold we were able to order the wrap and are now anxiously awaiting its arrival. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

Ball Equipment had the best price when I was searching for my new 2016 Polaris Sportsman 570 in Pursuit Camo, I called and talked with Chris Ball and Anthony in Sales and they gave me a price no other local dealer in Michigan could touch. I also got $500 in select Polaris gear with my purchase through Ball Equipment. Doug got me set up with financing and when I picked up my new atv Chealse got me finished up. Great sales team, another sales guy even went over the atv with me before loading it up into the back of my truck. overall great purchase experience, Thank You Ball Equipment!!!

I recently had my RZR in for service at Ball Equipment. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Every member of their staff was nothing put helpful through the entire process of a major engine repair. Ball Equipment is 2 hours one way from my house and well worth the drive after being less than impressed with a few dealers much closer to home. I will definitely make the drive again without hesitation next time I need service and/or decide to purchase a new machine. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to any. A big thank you to the entire staff.

I gave Ball Equipment the seemingly impossible task of getting me a new black Slingshot in one week. There is an event I really wanted to take it to. The whole staff used every trick at their disposal to track down and acquire one for me from the far side of the State. Their prices couldnt be beat by the two other dealers I went to. Last year a fellow Slingshot owner came all the way from the West Coast to take advantage of their prices. Exceptional staff with the customers happiness as their main goal, which is refreshing. Steve Woodward was an excellent sales associate he was able to answer our questions and was not pushy at all. He was able to suggest some different options for the amount or grass we would be cutting. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what we wanted to purchase. When it came to the finance part of the deal Eric did a great job and answered a few questions I had without any hassle during the process. Ball Equipment is an excellent place to do business and I would purchase in the future.
