Brought it in for a new back tire. They scratched the hell out of my back rim. Plus all of the work is done in some ghetto used car lot next store. Which is where youll have to find a worker because theyre never in the actuall vespa office. Then when the tire bubbled out because of a defect they claimed that the tire I put on wasnt vespa approved and that I just wanted the cheap way out, when really thats the only tire they offered me. Id travel farther to another Vespa to get anything done if I were you.

Mr. Nichols was very helpful and timely in getting us our new Vespa. We called ahead of time and he took it off display for us and started to get it ready. He was very friendly and professional, and even stayed an hour past closing time to finish up our paperwork and the final touches to the bike to get us on our way. He was very honest and open in his advice. Thanks again, Mr. Nichols!

Had my scooter for almost a month... the parts were on "backorder". After 3 weeks I finally got online did some research myself, I found the part (in 30 minutes) then had it sent to his shop, still took a few days to install it… will not be bringing my scoot back to this shop. Nice enough guy, just bad service from start to finish and there are much better options in the area.

3 months to clean carburetor and get my scooter running. Scooter came back with screws missing, gas lid broken, grease marks all over, and it actually runs 5-10 MPH slower. They did get my scooter running, but it took me 2 hours of scrubbing and time cleaning up their mess. What a joke.

This place is a joke. I called the guy to ask for a tire for my Vespa. He told me that the parts guy was on vacation for three weeks. Which prompted me to think I was actually calling Italy once again. Quickly hung up and called and got it somewhere else.
