Im amazed at how badly my mother and I were treated the last time we were in the store . I love HL and all the great things they supposedly stand for, but this store does not represent them at all. We were assured by an associate of an item price and coming to the cashier was told that not only was that item not on sale but other items that were marked were also not on sale. Whether they were or not is beside the point, but the treatment was horrific. The customer service manager, Alejandra, of all people demanded that we show her every item in their locations just to prove us wrong. So while one of us stood at the cash register waiting, the other was wandering around the store with the manager. Frustrated with the treatment that we had just experienced, and the customer service managers rolling eyes throughout our conversation, we were becoming very impatient. Im sure this was evident and with good cause. I explained to the CS manager that I did not appreciate being talked to or treated the way I have and with uttering a single word of apology, remorse, or indifference (literally, not a peep), she walked away, once again rolling her eyes and mouthing the word "wow" as she strolled away. If you expect that I will ever return to Hobby Lobby again, you would be sorely mistaken. Michaels has definitely earned our business and appreciation. Maybe Hobby Lobby should take some customer service notes, because if thats how the customer service manager is, I cant imagine how the rest of their team "handles" customers.

Worst Customer Service, EVER!!! I have been in many times to get supplies for school activities and I am always greeted with rude associates. Sometimes I will ask for help finding something or to see if they have any more of an item and the employees are always telling me that they dont work in the area I am asking them about, to find someone else, the can not help me. Then one day I went in with my niece and my mom. My mom used the 40% off coupon online, and then my niece used it. So I had went back in after we had gotten to the car to grab something we forgot, and I was accused of using the 40% off coupon as well, even though I never purchased anything at the counter. Because I had my niece with me the Manager was asking me questions and accusing me of doing something I never committed to. She then had felt the need to call up the cashier, who confronted her and informed her that I had not used it. So she then argued with me about using the same device to access the coupon like my mother and niece had used. I do not see how this is a problem, because the coupon in on their website. Will not be returning here Ever Again. Michaels has a better staff who are not quick to point the finger and argue and accuse customers of things they did not do.

Hobby Lobby has a good selection of craft, hobby, and holiday supplies. If youve been to a Hobby Lobby location, this one is pretty standard. Personally, Im not a huge fan of the service at this location, but it is still my go-to spot for some projects. For higher end or name brand supplies, it is much cheaper to shop online-- however you can usually grab some coupons on their weekly ad to save some money.

I always enjoy coming to hobby lobby! There are so many fun things to look at... Sometimes to much! If youre looking to decorate your house, this is definitely a place to visit! The building is very clean and organized. The staff was also very friendly!

Always has what I want for any craft I could think of, and at a fair price. Every week they have sales, with a print ad as you walk in the doors. Additionally, they have a 40% off one item coupon online every week, that you can use without printing.

Worst customer service ever! The managers Gale and Vicki are both fake. I seriously cant believe they work at a Christian store. They both treated me horrible. All I can say is karma ladies...it will happen
