I shopped this store on Friday 6/9 around 11am. It was my first time and might be my last . I loved the stores merchandise. And that is where my liking the store ended. First: Everytime I tried to look at something, a pushing cart store worker would have me move. "Every isle" was being worked on restocking. They are not trained to say excuse me or thank you by me seeing ..Here comes another one !!. It was like " Here I come, Customer move !" I made a comment " I guess we are suppose to shop after store hours!" Because it became so irritating! The employee replied " Fridays we get our shipments between these hours !" Well excuse me, I should call first? Secondly: Seemed like everything was on sale. I read the signs "IN FRONT" of the items I chose! So they were on sale .... Until it was being rung up. I asked " why are these not ringing up on sale? The sign says they are." The man who rang me up handed me a clip board and said here you can check if they are on sale!" REALLY! I am suppose to look them up? And I doubt, I could have as fast as he was ringing them up. His tone was really rude! I have retired from 30 years of retail sales.. and I really never have seen an entire store so short on Customer Service. I guess getting "Christmas Stock out in June " is more important. As much as I loved the merchandise...there are nicer customer service stores for shopping.. See you at joanns or Michaels Carrie Davis

I was told this craft store was "better than Michaels" among with other craft stores. Yes, the selection seems a little bit better but theres also a lot of filler and junk there. Theres a lot of big, random things near the front of the store. Looked more like a house decor store than one for crafts. All the craft stuff is in the back of the store. When we went to the front to pay, the cashiers seemed more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to the fact that we needed to check out. THAT was annoying. Also, I found out the hard way that they are closed on Sundays. Based on all the hype, I expected more.

Huge store with vast array of quality products at moderate prices. You can readily find most of what youre looking for, and new surprises along the way. If you see my wife approaching the store, please tackle her before she enters. We have a family to feed and if she keeps going there, well have no money left.

Definitely a fun store. Lots of stuff here. Its very pricey though. One thing that kind of bothered me was the way they check out. They dont just scan things, everything has a number that needs to be punched in, so check out can be really slow sometimes.

Tons of selections for any project. Plus great place to get ideas for decorating your home! I took pictures of everything I thought might fit my home decor first to make sure it fits in with everything else. Ill be heading back there on the next day off!

A crafters paradise. Walk the aisles for decoration inspiration. The fabric section is a little smaller than it is at other Hobby Lobbys Ive been to, but otherwise everything else is wonderful.

Have to say I was disappointed. I was expecting more hobby stuff but it was more crafts and home decor. They should think about changing their name. I think Michaels is better.
