I went yesterday and it was a pretty bad experience. I asked 4 different employees how to find the same thing, a pom pom garland (poms strung together on a garland), and all 4 gave me different answers. The first lady said, "try seasonal" even after I explained it wasnt a seasonal garland. The second one said "look in crafts" and pointed toward the middle of the store while acting annoyed that I asked her anything. The third one was a total deer in the headlights who, after 5 minutes of guessing, finally told me to check jewelry. I said thank you and didnt bother with jewelry. The fourth one was the best guesser. She took me to poms, but the pom garlands were in a completely different location. I finally found them on my own after a half hour of searching. Other problems I had were the narrow aisles and the long lines. I heard some people leave because the line was too long. On a positive note, they have great sales and easily searchable online coupons for 40, 50, and even 60% off.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Every single time I go in to that store I cringe because I know its going to be one of the worst experiences. Not one person is helpful or even knowledgeable about anything in the store. If you ask them a question their reply is always "I dont know" and they keep walking. Why would you hire a team of people who have no interest in crafts or sewing? I have a gift card for this store that Ive had since Christmas of last year and I havent used it because the store experience is so horrible. FREE money and I wont spend it just because I dont want to go in just to be irritated by everything!!! That should explain how terrible this store is and how badly the store and its employees need all around improvement.

I went in for some cookie cutters at 4pm. I found what I was looking for within 60 seconds, but the entire trip took 1/2 hour! They only had one checker with a bad attitude. There were 30 people in line, yes I counted, and the checker left mid transaction to go do a return for a customer when just walked in the door! I was in line so long I was able to send an email to their corporate office before I checked out. The worst part is she never called for backup. Another associate was walking by from another department and saw the line and rushed over and started ringing people up as fast as she could. The first checker was a woman named Michelle, terrible employee terrible service.

I was in the store for 15 minutes and didnt see a single employee on the floor to help. At checkout the cashier scanned my one product twice and said its because there are two items in one bag....it had one barcode and had one price on it. He ended up agreeing with me and voided that transaction. Then he proceeded to take my babys arm and shake it!! I took her arm away and told him not to do that. I was in shock...Ill be calling management. This was my first and last time to ever shop here.

Terrible. The store is messy the bathrooms are usually dirty, and there is never enough cutters , checkers, or people to put stock back on shelves or keep it neat Fabric is always very very messy, You have to look in more than one place for the same type of fabric. Manage is not doing their job. They need to fore everyone and start from the beginning with new employees.

So far 3 of the people I have dealt with were really helpful out of an entire store full of employees thats pathetic, the ladies bathroom was a disgusting disgrace which says management is NOT DOING ITS JOB. SHAME ON THIS STORE FOR ALLOWING HALF ASLEEP EMPLOYEES AND A FILTHY BATHROOM.

Floors not swept, product in heaps wherever it had landed. Cardboard boxes piled everywhere. It looked like nothing had been cleaned in a very long time...after 15 minutes I was tired of the mess and left.
