This store has been a great disappointment. Was hoping to have a go-to store for everything, but unfortunately the customer service is horrible. Have been there several times and each time has been disappointing. There are always items mismarked and when asked been told they were in the wrong rack or area.Nothing is where it is suppose to be. Ask if they carry something told it depends on what is on the truck, but other stores have it since it sells so good. Shouldnt you know what has been ordered and if it would be coming? Heaven forbid you need any fabric cut as that takes forever waiting. Seems as though the people doing the cutting dont know what they are doing. I got my fabric and then questioned the price and was told oyea thought it didnt look right. Re-did it and it was still wrong. The store needs to get someone who is in charge and know what they are doing.

Unfortunate decision that the staff at this location not to honor an important "Buy online, PICK up in-store" order for me. Even after explaining situation only hours the same day I finally recd the "OK to pick-up my order" they refused to honor it as originally ordered! Subsequently, after filing complaint to corporate office, I received email stating my original "Buy online,pick-up in store order" WOULD BE HONORED. but I feel like that store does not treat customers fairly and now my granddaughters birthday has passed & that was the ONLY store in Fresno that CARRIED it...they totally blew it as far as Im concerned!

I started going to this location only because it is closer but that changed rather quickly. I found that not only was this location MUCH cleaner but it was much better organized. If I need anything, an employee can easily be found and asked. Despite what others may have said, Im my experience they cut through everything quickly. A lady once order almost 1000$ in fabric and it was all cut in a timely manner. (for that volume.)

Messy made me twitch. I worked at Hancock, House of fabric, and JoAnn and never have I seen a store so messy. Lines at register and cutting. They dont give employees enough hours to deal with it. When the company doesnt care about their employees it shows.

Without fail staff is friendly and informative. When I present the app to use a coupon, I am frequently told about and treated to more discounts than I knew about or was expecting. Selection is fantastic and the team is patient and knowledgable.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I needed a ton of fabric for my newborn clients! It was so affordable and such a huge selection! The location is big and they have every fabric you can think of.
