To make a long story short, I had 5 minutes to bring my merchandise to the cashier as the store was going to close. I quickly took a spool of trim I needed cut and was told they couldnt help me because the store will be closing and that there was already one customer in front of me. Wow, it literally would of taken 1 minute to cut that trim I needed. Instead I left all my items I had in my cart, which by the way was easily $200, and took my business next door to the Hobby Lobby.

Great selection of items but unfortunately, very poor customer service, which is why Ill be going somewhere else in the future. Never enough cashiers and the ones they have seem to enjoy going slow on purpose while the line of customers grows ever larger. Not to mention the sullen clerks cutting material. When a business makes it hard to pay for your items its time to shop for another store, or go online.

This store never has enough employees working. They never have time to help you with anything and you have to wait an insane amount of time if you ever do want to purchase something because they have one cashier helping twenty people OR theres no one at the register. Their management is very poor.

HOrrible store ! I hate it but have no other choice , really sucks ! Walmart doesnt have and big enough selection and the local shop is to expensive :-( maybe the extra price is worth it experience . Wish they hadnt closed the Ventura one
