My experience with Michaels has been unbelievable! I took a piece of artwork in to be framed. When I picked it up, the artwork had been changed, altered by the framing department! After talking and arguing with the manager and the frame staff, they still insisted that they had done nothing wrong! The artwork had been damaged when they took it out of their own cardboard packaging for storage, so they "made it better!" I was not called and asked about the change or informed in any way. Amazingly, the frame department personnel said, "Well, framing it makes it different!" What is that???

Great selection and awesome customer service. The cashier let my 3 year old help put the groceries in the bag. Prices arent cost effective sometimes, but I found some great stuff on clearance and everything looks quality.
